hmmm…just watched “Seperate Ways”. There’s not nearly enough totally stooopid imagery! The “beauty” of the “Total Eclipse of the Heart” video is its utter uselessness!
The original “Total Eclipse of the Heart” video is, I believe, the “Citizen Kane” of worthless music videos! It cried out to either be parodied or to become the foundation for a whole new religion ! Luckily the parody option was chosen.
No, Grasshopper, you must search far and wide for the NEXT most worthless music video…and then we will attack!

Not quite up to the video fluff standard JR is looking for. But this ole BeeGee’s vid has a very John Galtish feel to it. Mortgage collapse, bank collapse, as a theme could tie it together nicely with the backdrop.

It was a good flick. Son gave me the DVD for a birthday present a long time back. But I think ‘Real Genius’ with Kilmer was much more campy for a nerd level flick.
