Obama’s Fantasy: A World Without Nukes

2009 September 26
by bc3b

While Barack Obama talks wistfully about a world without nukes and cuts back this country’s defenses, the rest of the world is  arming itself.

“Ahmadinejad has enough uranium to go the whole way”

Venzuela is seeking to develop uranium with Iran’s help. And, the Vice President of Brazil says his country should build nuclear arms. These are AP stories that cannot be posted here. Here’s the link to Drudge.

What kind of danger is Obama getting this country into?

Now the world knows for a 100% fact, what anyone with a brain knew years ago: Iran is playing a GAME of delay and distract. And every time Rainbows & Unicorns set has gotten close to doubting Iran…they dangle a SHINY NEW object to distract them again.

What will it be this time? Dunno. But I guarantee that whatever it is Obama and crowd will fall for it. Only I truly am not sure Obama IS falling for it. His actions towards Israel suggest he KNOWS the game…and is willfully playing along!

And when the nukes go off, the world will blame America, who has done only that which the rest of this godforsaken world demanded we do, namely, nothing.

Eat it America, this is what you voted for.

Venezuela is now going to start a program. I don’t blame Chavez since his “mentee” is the current holder of the most powerful position on earth. Gosh, won’t it be great for them to have Nukes? He might even threaten to talk sternly to them.

    O/T exiting LGF

I am disappointed in the direction that LGF has taken. It has become a leftist site. The site used to expose the Jihadists and is now taking aim at those on the right that Charles condemns and mocks for what ? believing in the Biblical creation story ? When was the last time creationists caused any harm to others, blew anything up ? I’m sorry, I can no longer be a part of this site. Please delete my account Charles.

I’m still a little confused by all this. The Chosen One assured us that diplomacy could and would solve EVERYTHING! And that everyone would LOVE us once he was in power! Yet there’s terrorism springing up all over…and the Iranians just mooned us!

Frankly, this happened just in time! Today was the day I was gonna fire up the forge and beat my swords into plowshares! That’s not looking like such a good option now.

Sharp2edgedsword, like you I was REALLY pissed and disappointed at the HARD Left turn at LGF. They led the way in so many campaigns exposing faux-tography by the Left…and I think THAT is why they got infiltrated and subverted. Frankly, we’ve all lost a powerful voice, and I really do miss it!

    Tina…that’s a “good” start.

    then there’s:
    – ACORN suing everyone they can think of and declaring all who oppose them to be: RACISTS!
    – Iran declares their newly revealed nuclear site to be no big deal and “peaceful”. And ends their “peaceful” statement like this: “God willing this new plant will become operational soon and make the enemy blind” [the Iranians DO have a way with words, eh?]

Anyone who like football has, at some time or another, played “Monday Morning Quarterback”…and we usually don’t wait for Monday morning. During the game we say: “he shoulda thrown the ball to xxxxxx”, or “I would have stood there and taken the sack”…etc.

So when Netanyahu (the ACTUAL “quarterback”) hears Obammy saying crap about Israel should this or that, it must make his blood boil! If Obammy is wrong he gets to say: “Oh shucks…I guess that didn’t work after all”. The consequences for Israel are quite a bit more dire.

Look for Netanyahu to call his OWN “audible” in the near future…for to do otherwise would deny Israel any future at all!

statement from Bertha “the Hammer” Lewis, capo di tutti capi of ACORN, on Congress blocking all funding for ACORN:

One unintended – and positive – consequence of the witch hunt against ACORN is that it could help rein in the likes of Halliburton and Blackwater and even Wall St. If the standard is that organizations that have broken the law shouldn’t get federal money, then let’s set that standard consistently.

hmmm…”organizations that have broken the law“??? Um, Bertha, would ya like to have that one back???

Obama at -9 in Rasmussen Daily Presidential Tracking Poll (overall 50% approve/49% disapprove). He seems to pick up support (as he did earlies this week) when he goes on a media blitz, which is always followed by several days of non-stop media adoration and then starts slipping again.

There is an old saying that “the best defense is a good offense.” In the case of nuclear weapons, the US was the best offense the world could have — playing school monitor over all the playground bullies by having such weapons available to peacefully use as a “consequence” should the bullies get out of hand.

Now, Obama has dissolved our role as “Moderator,” wiping out the rule of law on the World Playground, giving the bullies a green light to go out and do their mischief….which, they will.

From an exchange MI Conservative and I had yesterday morning.

    MI Conservative –

Off Topic: The new CBS poll came out with Obama at 56% approval. If I am doing my math right it polled 22% Republicans, 41% Independents and 37% Democrats. 15% more Dems than Republicans.

    bc3b –

There’s an old saying that “figures don’t lie, but liars figure.”

    From Gallup (Aug. 31 – Sept. 2, 2009)

    Republicans: 26%
    Independents: 40%
    Democrats: 33%
    Republicans (including “leaners”): 43%
    Democrats (including “leaners”): 47%

I don’t believe there’s a more dishonest group of people in the world than the American media.

The cost of Big Government: This study measures and reports the cost of regulation to small business in the State of California. It uses original analyses and a general equilibrium framework to identify and measure the cost of regulation as measured by the loss of economic output to the State’s gross product, after controlling for variables known to influence output. It also measures second order costs resulting from regulatory activity by studying the total impact – direct, indirect, and induced. The study finds that the total cost of regulation to the State of California is $492.994 billion which is almost five times the State’s general fund budget, and almost a third of the State’s gross product. The cost of regulation results in an employment loss of 3.8 million jobs which is a tenth of the State’s population.

I’m not as concerned with the personal poll rating right now as the numbers on specific issues. Healthcare numbers continue to crater, and that will be critical as these Congressional votes occur in the near future.

Well bc, numbers are a great way to distort the picture! The disparity in the pollsters samples can skew the outcome any way they want.

It’s the same way with unemployment numbers being reflective of only what is shown in a sample. If you included a broader scope of the people unemployed, including people who have “given up,” people whose hours have been cut back to avoid being “let go,” and involuntarily part timers the figure would be much higher than the current one — more like 16%>

we chose our enemy to lead us.

a man who had never once in his entire career shown patriotism or love for country.

a man who had no executive experience, with no knowledge of foreign or military affairs.

a man who in documented fashion was far out of step with the country’s values in every dimension.

this man we elected is now supporting our enemies, harming our allies, imposing extremist policies at every level, and actively destroying democracy and freedom everywhere in the world as well as at home.

He has already done irreparable damage in 9 short months, and has unchecked powers for the next three years at least.

I believe he fully intends to destroy America. and he has a very good shot at succeeding.

#48 because people were more interested in being part of the crowd than in actually listening to what the man said. This is the result of oppressing opposition with politically correct speech and removing U.S. History from the center of education. When I was growing up, America was the ultimate “in crowd”, the rebels, the leader, the coolest damn place on this earth. There was no need to be a part of something bigger because there was nothing bigger.

the press do not intend to destroy america, but they will. they are simply stupid and naive, suffering from brain-dead leftism.

no major news stories were published on Obama’s support for infanticide by the torturous means of slow exposure after live healthy birth, or on his documented status as the nations’s most extreme left senator.

But that pales in the context of the coordinated attack on Sarah Palin–the most shameful episode of many in the long and disgraceful history of American Journalism.

Sarah Palin– an outstanding executive, a mother of 5, a fighter of corruption across party lines.

87% percent of obama voters believe sarah palin said she could see Russia from her house. They only know what they are told, and have no intelligence to ask, to question, to seek truth.

Obama seeks to destroy America, the press seeks to advance a leftist agenda, and the voting public is lazy, stupid, and apathetic.

It’s over folks. We can’t fight that.

Within a few months, Israel will nuke Iran, and then the whole world goes up in flames. And our unchecked leader with then take us down.

    Prepare yourselves and your family.
