Quick! Somebody put ANOTHER bullet proof vest on the President. Obama brain dead is better than Joe Biden alive.

“Just one more push in the House, Mr. Boehner and we can get HC done. But voters you need to give me a second term!”

I think I am going to start an “Internet comment of the day” thread every night. Then we can vote on the best one at the end of the week. There have been some doozies out there lately.

#5 will that include headlines? MSBNC has had a headline up since yesterday that says “Did Boredom cause Killer Whale Attack?” As bad as I feel for that poor woman, that is just plain stupid. Swimming around with a natural predator probably had nothing to do with it.

Perhaps that whale was just taking a stand for healthcare. We really shouldn’t judge. /sarc

But yes of course, headlines too!

#4 I have a mild panic attack every time I see Joe and Barry in the same place at the same time. Pelosi is would be worse than the 2 of them put together. Botox plus arrogant and stupid!!

Of all the animal enclosures, the killer whale exhibit is the most cruel. Zoos can create natural habitat for most any animal, giving them room while still containing them. I’m not necessarily an advocate, but it can be done.

A whale, on the other hand is a mammal adapted to surviving over thousands of miles of seaway, many hundreds of feet deep. At sea world, they are contained in a tank with a few thousand gallons of sea water. Solitary confinement, as opposed to traveling and hunting in a pack. Eating mackeral, one at a time, as opposed to seals.

Yesterday was a tragedy, but when you think about it, a woman in a black diving suit probably looks like a seal.

The “Sister had to wear the dead woman’s teeth” will never be topped. Even when one realizes that dental work is not covered now nor ever, the comment in itself is amazingly stupid.

#10 I never thought about it that way, mullet. Dare I say “Save the Whales”?

    RP,

When my grandmother needed teeth for the first time, she really didn’t have the cash. But she had a skill, bookkeeping, so she traded a set for a years worth of service. Dentist went for it. I am afraid today way too many people just aren’t traders and would rather just sit on the dole.

#10 Mullet, your right. I’ve seen about a dozen pictures of the women and the whale around the web today and she looks like a giant seal in that wetsuit.
