Let’s see. A week after the Ft. Hood shootings the media was pretty quiet about it except for urging us not to rush to judgement. What did that Army major yell again – “Go Packers” … “I love Sarah Palin” … something like that?

    “State of the country”

Hmm. After the week we have had with the Leftists. How about the Commies “State of Mind”.

They are very close to the idea of having a putsch and putting down the rest of the country.

Fighting with liberals on Sarah Palin’s facebook page… and thinking I owe a debt of gratitude to ???? for teaching me to be aware of the little tricks, such as the unchallenged statement being subsequently claimed as agreement.

Or in this case the insertion of a falsehood element into an argument, and if you don’t immediately correct that falsehood before continuing the dispute then suddenly the debate becomes your inclusion of the this false element in your discussion….liberals crafty little weasels… well they would be almost as clever and squirrels and cute as chipmunks if there were so disease invested and despicable as rats and destructive as pigeons (ever see what unremoved pigeon poop does to a building?)

After a week hiatus to let the leftist have their hissy fit over the demons in their own mind the House better get back into full gear this week. Queue up the bills and hold the votes. Let’s get this ball rolling…

Oh — and I am thinking that CIVILITY is code for silencing dissent…

Yep… that is what it is… well guess what? I have been opinionated and tactless since I was a high school debater (have I mentioned before that I had points taken off for making an opponent cry?) … so I am not going to stop now, not even when Obama’s brownshirts show up to haul me off to the re-education camp…. umm something tells me that if they are smart they will realize that re-education is not possible and as I am old it looks like Soylent Green for me…

ah… if they are smart being the loophole phrase…

Judy- I have some red meat for you.

Here is a snip of the writers comparisons of Loughner to Ayers, but go to the link to read the rest:

Favorite book is the Communist manifesto. Check.

Belief that the U.S. government is illegitimate. Check.

Wanted to maim and Kill as many as possible Americans with indiscriminate attacks. Check.

Both are not registered Democrats or Republicans. Check.

    Hated George W. Bush, Check.

There is one difference. One got away with murder and the other will not.

What is the key element that the writer missed?????????

Oh — and I am thinking that CIVILITY is code for silencing dissent…

… and I am thinking you couldn’t be more correct.

With their coordinated attacks the left, led by the media:

    1. Discredit conservatives, especially the Tea Party
    2. Destroy Sarah Palin once and for all
    3. Silence opposition to Obama through intimidation

On my mind today is Erkel’s 2012 presidential campaign slogan unveiled at the so called “memorial” in AZ last week:

“Really, all I am is a bunch of jive”

That was the slogan wan’t it? Something like that…

Can’t recall the exact words. Have not gotten my free T-shirt yet from S4B campaign committee.

A new Miss America was crowned last night. I was watching football, so this isn’t firsthand, but she apparently blasted the Wikileaks site and the traitor who released the info saying espionage is damaging to the country.

    Read here

Watch for the leftist kook sites to begin destroying this patriotic young American for trashing their new hero, PFC Bradley Manning.

    BC,

I can’t fault them either on the fence. But what galls me is that it took them so long to decide and wasted a $1Bn doing it. Yep a Boeing sop.

I wonder how many miles of REAL fence a $1Bn would have paid for?

    I love Jim Treacher:

See if you can follow the logic: According to Olby & Co., Jared Loughner isn’t responsible for his own actions. Sarah Palin and the teabaggers are, despite a complete lack of evidence that there’s any connection. Whereas Eric Fuller is responsible for his own actions, despite parroting the same crap that the professional left has been spouting for a solid week.

And still all I hear is nonsense about now that is how they mourn and they were numb and needed uplifted… absolute BS… the shooting did not happen on campus (VATECH/Columbine), as I understand no University member or student was impacted.

IMO a lot of people on the left are actually happy that the Tucson shootings occurred. They couldn’t care less about Congresswoman Giffords, the dead or any of the wounded. They were looking for an “Oklahoma City” event and are working to manufacture one. Some media talking heads are almost giddy.

The only thing Contessa Brewer is sad about is that the shooter wasn’t a “Tea Bagger.”

Have uncontrollable outbursts at inappropriate moments? Move to Tucson! Are you an arrogant opportunist bastard who needs a good campaign thrust despite the wild inappropriate nature of the timing? Give a speech in Tucson! Are you a political wannabe sheriff who couldn’t make a name for himself in any other town or state?…….

    MPT,

20 years ago I would have probably said you were daft about MLK as a Republican. Today I would give it a 50/50 chance. With the minority clash between the Hispanics and the Blacks as a block, MLK might have recognized that currying favor with the GOP might engender more support for his cause than aligning himself with the Dims.
