AP: Unemployment Rate Under 8% by November
Ignoring yesterday’s ADP report that only 119,000 new jobs in April, MSM (aka Re-elect Obama) seems to be moving into high gear reporting that (carefully selected) economists predict that unemployment will be at 7.9% by the November election. The selection of economists was probably similar to a +15 Democrat sampling in an ABC News-Washington Post poll.
AP also failed to report that the number of people in the workforce has declined by approximately three million in the past 10 years and that millions have simply stopped looking for work (which means that are no longer factored into the unemployment statistics).
The AP story did include some negative information about the economy (drop in housing prices and difficulty in finding jobs), but these were buried at the end of the article, where newspapers often cut the copy or where readers stop reading.
Expect the MSM cheerleaders to increase their activity as November nears.

To the untrained eye this appears to be a Bucs cheerleader. She’s really an AP reporter.
