Have to share what I saw today. Took the day off and went to Jackson, Ohio (70 miles S-SE of Columbus) for the Apple Festival. Small town Ohio at its best.
As I am going south of Columbus (Franklin County) I pass into Pickaway County Go about 5 miles and I see this big old poster “Lawless for Sheriff”. Me and the wife just starting laughing saying this can not be real. Go a few more miles and see another poster “Lawless for Sheriff”. The guy is a Republican no less.

OK. But you don’t solve a drug problem with policing. We have run that way since the 70’s and its proved nothing but a black hole. Want to defeat drugs? Decriminalize, make it cheap, sell it thru pharmacies. The criminal element will not be able to compete and will mostly leave the area for more profitable pastures. I would rather treat the user than flash bang the baby.
