How Much Damage Can One Family Do?

Like most of you, I regret having to admit that I voted four times for men named Bush for President. Both men made the US a poorer, less dynamic country  as they fought for globalist interests.

George H.W Bush never got a second term and George W. “See you at the signing” Bush used his second term to show how liberal he really is.

Both left an aftermath of debt, poor judicial choices, a weakened country and a weakened Republican Party.

Since the Bush Family has been out of the White House is has shown it’s true colors: its friendship with the Clintons, refusal to criticize Obama, frequent attacks on President Trump, Laura showing she is as every bit  pro-abortion as her mother-in-law and the antics of the Bush daughters. Then there’s low-energy Jeb “Illegal Immigration Is an Act of Love” Bush. Please clap.

Most people have come to recognize the Bush Family for what it is. Yet Texans still seem to be fooled, electing George P. Bush to a major state office.

Former President George W. Bush and his father, former President George H.W. Bush, both criticize President Trump in a new book to be released this month, with George W. Bush admitting that, despite Trump’s political affiliation, he’s worried “that I will be the last Republican president.”

George H.W. Bush also calls Trump a “blowhard” in the book, “The Last Republicans,” by Mark K. Updegrove, which was previewed by The New York Times and CNN on Friday.

“I don’t like him. I don’t know much about him, but I know he’s a blowhard. And I’m not too excited about him being a leader,” the senior Bush said, according to the author. He also commented on Trump’s “ego.”

Wow, this guy doesn’t know what it means to be president,” the younger Bush said. He indicated that a president should not “exploit the anger, incite it” but rather “come up with ideas to deal with it.”

Neither man voted for Trump in the last election, and George H.W. Bush confirms in the book that he voted for Hillary Clinton George W. Bush said he left the top of his ballot blank and did not vote for Clinton because she has “bad judgment.”

Not, surprisingly, a majority of Democrats now have a favorable opinion of George W. Bush:

I have seen some too, but don’t want to post anything based on what I have seen so far.

I’ve been led down the primrose path by GotNews a few times.

It appears the Texas mass murderer was given a bad conduct discharge for assaulting his wife and child. He also was sentenced to 12 months confinement and reduced in rank to E-1.

His Facebook and Twitter accounts have been removed.

Anyone hear anything recently about the Las Vegas sniper? Just asking! Hopefully, this mass murder won’t fall down the same memory hole.

    Loved this item at InstaPundit:
“SO EVEN AFTER EVERYTHING, Trump Would Run Dead Even With Hillary If The Election Were Today.
(Link to article on poll). That’s got to depress the Dems, after a solid year of nonstop freakoutrage.”

    But it gets worse, hahaha.
The poll was weighted 31/23 Dems/Repubs
Survey takers were “adults”, not “registered” or “likely”
And the survey questions, get this, were available in both Spanish and English.
Yet– ” … still just a tie for Hillary.”

Deplorable Don Surber is a treasure. He writes a dozen or two short items on his blog every week and, IMO, the quality is terrific.
Donna Brazile is leading efforts to oust the Clintons from power in the Democratic Party. She went on ABC this morning and had a donnybrook with Clinton Spokesman George Stephanopoulos. (He never relinquished that job.)
This is a major political party melting down.

Election anniversary pieces starting to pop. Is it time to start posting favorite YouTube clips yet?

Some good stuff from inside the Trump campaign. Lots of HRC love from her campaign and the media. Lots of sadness for Dem voters.
Zero insight or even acceptance for Deplorable voters.

Flying an airline that names its planes after saints is a good idea? ‘Wing and a prayer….’ come to mind.

I have to say its a Russian thing to do. They have plenty of saints to spare too.

For about two years now I have said that the DNC was ripe for being wiped out. The problem is the GOP does not have the killer instinct to do it.

4chan has been going crazy the past couple of days. Could be smoke, could be trolling, but seems like a huge spike in chatter regarding Podesta, HRC, Mueller, and others. Something big brewing? Maybe. But to BC’s point, we’ve been head-faked too many times. No choice other than to keep expectations in check, and watch.

I’m starting to think we need to designate one armed member of our church each week to sit facing the back door…and that all churches should do so.

whether the nut-job in Texas was Antifa, ISIS or just another crazy Democrat, sooner or later they’ll get around to hitting the churches even harder than they have. They ARE “soft targets” because only the preacher can see who is coming in.

    JR, 16,

Many of the mega churches here DO do that. They have one or two armed types of the bevy of people directing traffic. Most being LEOs that are church members.

Interesting observation about targeting. Russian Orthodox have no pews and the members rotate around the hall observing iconography. So about 1/3rd are facing away from the priest at any given time with the exception of designated high mass. Tactical advantage? Maybe.

Drdog, little churches in rural communities (like the one yesterday, and the one we attend) have always thought ourselves immune…but no more.

The madness of our “society” is reaching every nook & cranny of our nation…we can never relax again.

    Jim, 15,

Talking of unopposed, rather than having term limits during primaries there is a candidate known as ‘none of the above’. Any candidate that polls less than NOTA is wiped out. If no one beats NOTA then a special primary election is call with a new slate of candidates. Puts pressure on unopposed incumbents as well.

Take heart, JR. I started week two in last place having missed getting my picks in and being awarded the worst record of week one. Through a combination of serious research and wine-soaked guessing, but mostly wine- soaked guessing, I have moved into fourth place. This comment, however, will be the kiss of death. Look for the mullet to crash and burn leaving only a smoking hole in the ground to remember till next year. Cheers!
