People in Orange County are also enraged by the county establishing camps for the homeless in their neighborhoods.
There was a time when the homeless were primarily people who couldn’t work or were unemployable. Today most of the homeless are able-bodied people who would rather sit around all day than work., I am not sure if many could pass drug tests.

I had one of those in depth census thingiees three years back. The question asked was not was I a citizen but a resident. Why? If you are a resident (and illegal) you still get counted for purposes of districting.
