GOPe Dishonor Roll
GOPe traitors in the Senate who support open borders:
- Lamar Alexander
- Roy Blunt
- Susan Collins
- Mike Lee
- Lisa Murkowski
- Rand Paul
- Rob Portman
- Mitt Romney
- Marco Rubio
- John Thune
- Patrick Toomey
- Roger Wicker
Not a lot of surprises. Perhaps Blount, Thune and Wicker.
Alexander, Collins, Murkowski and Portman might as well be Democrats. Romney relishes his role of replacing John McCain as the leader in undermining the President. Lee voted the way the Mormon Church told him to vote. With Rubio, Hispanic heritage “trumps” what’s best for the country. Toomey has always been a stooge for the Chamber of Commerce and big business. With Ron Paul, like mist libertarians, there’s a flaming idiot within him that always fights to get out. The idiot within Paul gets out far too often for him ever to be president.
[1]
As far as I’m concerned, you can add Tillis to the list. He showed his true colors with the op-ed he put out early on. He only flipped back to supporting Trump when the threat of Mark Meodows challenging him in 2020 hit his feeble brain. He got the spine of a garden slug, and is only beholding to his C of C donors. The people of North Carolina be damned.
[2]
Thule has been on my list for a long time. I donated the first time he won … didn’t he take out Daschle or someone similar?
But then he immediately jumped onto earmarks and pork barrel spending issues. Deep State, not pro-America.
These guys, excepting Rand Paul, hate Trump and hate us more than they hate Dems, or Iran or the MSM. They’ve bought into MSM propaganda and consider us Deplorable.

“AOC blames the NRA for an Australian with a gun in NZ.”
Of course she does.

With Rand Paul, there’s an a-hole inside of him that constantly fights to get out … and usually wins.

Georgia Tech accused of violating NCAA rules:
Look for the NCAA to come down hard on Tech, because it doesn’t have a large following. That way it can establish its cred and wink when North Carolina or Duke has a major rules violation.

I don’t watch CNN but I’m sure they will be covering the mosque massacre nonstop for weeks, unlike similar attacks by Muslims which they ignore.

Anyone know how McSally voted?

Eph –
The 12 named in the thread are the only Republican senators voting to oppose the President. But, since they knew they had the votes, it gave senators like McSally, Sasse and Tillis an opportunity to please the peasants.
[9]
Those 3 still could have voted yes and still not enough to break a veto. Need 67 total.
Plenty of room for more NO votes…

Since it was free speech, the guy figured he could talk for an hour?

“AOC blames the NRA for an Australian with a gun in NZ.”
Using that logic, then she and Bernie Sanders are responsible for the collapse of Venezuela.

You just may be on to something.

Holy Carp, blunt words from a (NZ) politician.
https://donsurber.blogspot.com/2019/03/you-silence-him-you-silence-yourself.html
“The real cause of bloodshed on New Zealand streets today is the immigration policy which allowed Muslim fanatics to migrate to New Zealand in the first place.”

Multi-culturalism has never worked when minorities refused to assimilate, which is what has happened for the past 50 years in the western world.
[20]
The NZ event could be turned into a very bad joke.
“What can one say about the death of 49 Muslims? Its a ….”
I think you know the rest. But like I said its a very bad joke.

That guy who spoke bluntly was an Aussie not a Kiwi.
I like drdog’s joke. I should denounce myself but … that’s just how I roll.
Here’s another one-liner that got a smile out of me:
Angela Merkel is the German Chancellor who has made the greatest changes to Europe’s demographic statistics since …. oh!
[23]
bc3b – Portman has always been a sellout to the Chamber of Commerce crowd, plus he has a gay son that caused him to change his thinking on that. Overall, worse than DeWine and Voinovich as being a senator. The only good thing you can say about him – he’s not Sherrod Brown (D-Senator from Ohio).
Problem we have is that most of the Republican base is too stupid to realize these people are not looking after our best interest. Plus these senators play vote just enough right to appear that they are on our side vs being part of the uni-party.
[24]
I’m no longer calling these members rinos, they are now “cartel leaders”.
[25]
18 – Bingo. As for what happened…whatever, why am I supposed to care, nobody cares much when a bunch of Christians are shot up or beheaded, and this ass clearly had political motivations based on his own words in his own manifesto, all seemingly directed at the US. So whatever, reacting to this is exactly what he desired.
20 – In sort… I had that same thought… very much in line with lawyers at the bottom of the sea jokes.
[26]
8 – Correct. Convinced as ever too they’re trying to loose even harder in 2020 than they tried in 2018.
[27]
2 – Yes, and has been a total disappointment after his first year or two , and I spent gobs of money toward that campaign, maxed out, to take down Daschle. I regret every penny, I was younger then – you live – you learn, never again did donate to anyone at that level, nor will I ever.
[28]
Question: why one earth would any of you give money to any GOPeee candidate?
Really?
[29]
KH,
Im afraid you as right
Bernie 2020 is,my guess
Bright side? You all get to pay for my healthcare
[30]
28 – It was 2004 as I recall… I was not wise back then.
