Operation Named for Woman Murdered by ISIS

Donald Trump and his administration don’t pull any punches. In his press conference, Trump stated that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi “died like a dog,” screaming and wailing. Of course Trump realizes that Muslims dislike dogs and consider them unclean (perhaps because dogs don’t wipe their butts with their left paw). To make this operation even more meaningful, it was named after a young Christian woman who was tortured, raped and murdered by ISIS.

JERUSALEM, Israel – The US military operation that resulted in the death of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was dedicated to Kayla Mueller, a young Christian woman who was kidnapped, tortured, and murdered by the Islamic State.

Mueller, 26, was abducted by ISIS in August 2013 in Aleppo, Syria while serving on a humanitarian mission with Doctors Without Borders. US officials said Baghdadi tortured and repeatedly raped her at his compound before announcing in 2015 that she died in captivity. Her body has never been recovered.

White House National Security Adviser Robert O’Brien told NBC’s Meet the Press” on Sunday that the operation against Baghdadi was named after Mueller.

“The chairman of the joint chiefs of staff named the operation that took down al-Baghdadi after Kayla Mueller, after what she had suffered,” O’Brien said, adding that Baghdadi was the “most vicious, cruel man.”

Her father, Carl Mueller, recounted his daughter’s last days in an interview with  The Arizona Republic shortly after President Donald Trump announced Baghdadi’s death.

“What this man did to Kayla — he kidnapped her,” Mueller said. “She was held in many prisons. She was held in solitary confinement. She was tortured. She was intimidated. She was ultimately raped by al-Baghdadi himself.”

“He either killed her or he was complicit in her murder,” Mueller said. “I’ll let people who read this article make up their own mind how a parent should feel.”

Mueller’s fellow hostages, who were later freed, told ABC News in 2016 she never stopped caring for others and even defended her faith against the infamous British ISIS executioner named Mohammed Emwazias, also known as “Jihadi John.”

Emwazias oversaw three other British ISIS terrorists who were in charge of the hostages. Those in captivity called them “The Beatles.”

One former male hostage from Denmark, Daniel Rye, explained that Emwazias paraded Mueller in front of the other captives. It was also a chance for her to present an in-person “proof of life” by introducing herself.

“One of the Beatles started to say, ‘Oh, this is Kayla and she has been held all by herself. And she is much stronger than you guys. And she’s much smarter. She converted to Islam.’ And then she was like, ‘No, I didn’t,'” Rye said.

Mueller’s parents praised the Trump administration and the soldiers who killed Baghdadi, but they still have one request: find Kayla and bring her home.

“I still say Kayla should be here, and if Obama had been as decisive as President Trump, maybe she would have been,” Marsha Mueller said.

“For me what matters most I’m hoping now we will finally get the answers we have been asking for all along,” Marsha Mueller said. “I think this administration truly might help us. I don’t think they are as closed about what happened.”

Yeah basically been propaganda head since ~2016, he’s not the first of those types to be taken out in the last couple years though, but def an really nice back-to-back punch. Most interesting to me is where this guy was hiding (or traveling), into the turk occupied “buffer-zone” areas.

A certain Deja-Vu — https://www.zerohedge.com/political/forgotten-media-purges-great-depression — if you consider it in relation to AntiFA anti-speech bias today.

btw regarding #4 …. It seems it’s getting basically ZERO coverage, not surprising I guess, considering MSM even moved on from yesterday’s news to minimize any lasting positive impact.

You must keep in mind that to today’s media suppressing unfavorable news is just as important as spreading propaganda.

    Biden Denied Communion Yesterday

Sorry for the vanity, it wanted to report on an event at our parish, St. Anthony of Padua, in Florence, SC. Joe Biden attended Mass yesterday and our guy good and conservative priest first handed him prolife literature, which Biden quickly set aside. Then, when Joe presented himself for Communion, he was given only a blessing instead. Did not see this in the press

Will “Trump Curse” do in Nationals?

Washington cruised to a 2-0 lead in the World Series. Then the team, owned by the very liberal Lerner Family, decided to make things political be announcing an anti-Trump chef would throw out the first pitch:

Now the Astros lead 3 games to 2. The Nationals are on the brink of losing and the final two games are in Houston. If they win, the Astros will only be the fourth team to come back from 0-2 deficits to win the World Series.

Apparently our Special Forces has a bead on al Baghdadi some years back but NYT leaked the news.
So this time the Russians were told so that they didn’t interfere.
And Dems weren’t told so they couldn’t interfere.

As much as a traditionalist as I am (hate the DH, pitch counts and even names on the back of jerseys), I favor an electronic strike zone because bad umpires last forever.

In most other sports (hockey, basketball, even football) officials are usually done by the time they are 50. Hockey referees and linesmen are on the ice the full game plus commercial timeouts. Baseball umpires stand around for three hours.

Baseball is another story. Joe West, viewed as a bad umpire, has been in the majors for 25 years. CB Bucknor, consistently voted MLB’s worst ump in the SI balloting, was umping third in the 2018 season, had a ball land 20 feet in front of a left fielder and called it a line drive out. Fortunately instant replay caused it to be reversed.

18 What do you mean what if…? It literally was at one point in 2016 and very early into 2017, (dod armed anti-isis forces (far east\north east) vs cia armed islamic\regime change forces south\southwest\al tanf).

…and we’re still there, still doing largely the same shit (minus some of the cia’s bs that killed in june 2017) despite potus remarks or desires.
