Page — Summary Judgement Please

In a clear transitivity of justice all charges against Carter Page should be vacated —

Authority granted to the federal government to secretly wiretap and spy on former Trump affiliate Carter Page was “not valid,” the nation’s top spy court noted in a secret ruling penned earlier this month. The order from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC), which was created and authorized by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), was initially signed and issued on January 7, 2020, but was not declassified and released until Thursday afternoon.

Judge James Boasberg, the current federal judge presiding over the FISA court, wrote in his order that at least two of the four FISA applications against Carter Page were unlawfully authorized. Additionally, according his order, the Department of Justice similarly concluded following the release of a sprawling investigate report on the matter by the agency’s inspector general that the government did not have probable cause that Page was acting as an agent of a foreign power. The FISA law states that American citizens cannot be secretly spied on by the U.S. government absent probable cause, based on valid evidence, that an American is unlawfully acting as a foreign agent.

By the precedent of the ‘poisoned fruit’ doctrine, any basis for prosecution of Page is null. By the admission of the FISC court Page would also have solid basis for recovery of his court costs without adjudication. Further Page has the option to pursue civil rights violations against DoJ with nearly a free hand. DoJ has no legal defense to stand on, so their best option is take the lumps and pays the piper.

Politically this is pretty damning stuff. Rosentein should be under the jail not in it. Especially when coupled with the actions against Sharyl Attkisson. There is no doubt this was an attempted coup against a sitting president now.

Speaking of Deep State, supposed the whistleblower was talking of ways of removing Trump from office a few weeks after the inauguration

not a surprise, of course, since modern “jouranlism” iis ALL about suppressing news that might reflect poorly on Democrats

I’m torn on the whole “summary Judgement” concept. Yes, I want this sham over, but I really would like to force the “Whistleblower” to testify…and delve into his whole history

BTW they also ignored his MfL speech, instead, they’re given PP ceo airtime instead. Classic.

What’s good for the goose is apparently not good for the gander, no surprise though.

Like he demanded answers from Difi about all that kavanaugh shit…and then did nothing, so meaningless.

    forget impeachment…

A farmer stopped by the local mechanics shop to have his truck fixed. They couldn’t do it while he waited, so he said he didn’t live far and would just walk home.

On the way home he stopped at the hardware Store and bought a bucket and a gallon of paint. He then stopped by the feed store and picked up a couple of chickens and a goose. However, struggling outside the store he now had a problem – how to carry his entire purchases home.

While he was scratching his head he was approached by a little old lady who told him she was lost. She asked, ‘Can you tell me how to get to 1603 Mockingbird Lane ?’
The farmer said, ‘Well, as a matter of fact, my farm is very close to that house I would walk you there but I can’t carry this lot.’ The old lady suggested, ‘Why don’t you put the can of paint in the bucket. Carry the bucket in one hand, put a chicken under each arm and carry the goose in your other hand?’ ‘Why thank you very much,’ he said and proceeded to walk the old girl home.

On the way he says ‘Let’s take my short cut and go down this alley. We’ll be there in no time..’

The little old lady looked him over cautiously then said, ‘I am a lonely widow without a husband to defend me.. How do I know that when we get in the alley you won’t hold me up against the wall, pull up my skirt, and have your way with me?’

The farmer said, ‘Holy smokes lady! I’m carrying a bucket, a gallon of paint, two chickens, and a goose. How in the world could I possibly hold you up against the wall and do that?’

The old lady replied, ‘Set the goose down, cover him with the bucket, put the paint on top of the bucket, and I’ll hold the chickens.

    10 – lol
11 – Maybe it’s an over-reaction but I’m wondering why we’re not shutting down passenger air traffic to all, or at least most of china for say at least a week till they\we\the world gets a better handle on this. At min only us citizens able to board flights home. That it’s not at least being widely discussed smells of politics to me. Word out of china from independent reporting is “put a zero after any death\infected figures” they’ve been giving, if that’s remotely true, it’s abundance of caution time. Then again “reporting” ain’t what it used to be, and everyone is distracted with sham-peachment theater.

Deplorable Don’s daily summary is a great read.
I’ve been ignoring the Peach Mint so thoroughly that this was news to me.
ITEM 12: The New York Post reported, “The Senate spectator gallery was at least half-empty throughout the first week of President Donald Trump’s impeachment trial and senators serving as the jury in the marathon sessions are taking notice — some stunned that there aren’t more people watching history unfold, while others understand the public avoiding the repetitive proceedings.
