BLM Demands that Will Become Law if the Dems Win

2020 August 1
by bc3b

Almost as difficult a task for the media as trying to prove Joe Biden is mentally fit to be president is to mask the true motives and objectives of the Black Lives Matter movement. CNN and  the rest of the media portrays the BLM movement as an innocent group just interested in protecting blacks from rampant police brutality and ending the lives of innocent blacks.

What the media is careful to do is hide the facts from the American public:

  1. That 14 unarmed blacks were killed by the police last year, compared to 31 whites
  2. That approximately 7,000 blacks are murdered every year and 93% are killed by …. other blacks
  3. Blacks are 9 times more likely to kill whites than vice versa
  4. Blacks have more interaction with the police because they commit crimes at a higher rate. See FBI Table 43
  5. What has BLM done with over $1-billion it has raised? The money isn’t being used for scholarships or to help parents pay funeral expenses of innocent children killed in Chicago every weekend
  6. BLM leadership is heavily Marxist
  7. BLM’s demands go far beyond saving blacks from brutality and death at the hands of the police. They have a laundry list of demands and – if Biden becomes president and the Democrats gain control of congress – many  are likely to become law.

Joshua Klein writes in Breitbart:

Self-proclaimed Marxist and Black Lives Matter (BLM) co-founder Patrisse Cullors called on Democrats to make “sea changes” to their party platform and adopt radical legislation that calls to defund the police force, eliminate both the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and close all federal prisons and immigration detention centers, alongside various other radical demands — otherwise, “any claims of allyship and solidarity with our work to fight for black liberation are for naught.”

Cullors stated there is “an opportunity right now to right the course of history” and warned that if not careful, the Democratic Party “will miss its greatest opportunity” to lead our country to the “true American revolution.”

Cullors also expressed a non-compromising attitude toward adopting some of the most radical policies:

Until and unless our leaders become signatory to the BREATHE Act — to legislation that eliminates the federal government’s ability to give multi-million dollar grants to militarize police forces; dismantles punitive like ICE, Border Patrol, and the DEA; ends the use of surveillance systems being used to target protesters; and bans the use of police agencies to suppress political dissent — the Democratic Party of today will be remembered as the party of complicity. The party that refuses to sacrifice its own creature comforts and material securities to ensure it walked the walk. So before you leave today, I want you to answer this question for yourselves: Which side of history is my party actually on?

In a call following her remarks, Cullors told Axios that she and other activists are “playing the long game” and that “even if we get Trump out in November we will still be having this same conversation about police violence with Biden in office.”

Cullors also added that earlier this month, the Movement for Black Lives (M4BL) policy team met with members of Biden’s campaign to discuss the BREATHE Act.

Formulated by the radical Movement for Black Lives (M4BL) — a coalition of more than 150 organizations and championed by Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) — the bill, posted on, is broken into four sections that focus on reforming federal institutions and policies.

The first section calls for moves such as divesting from police agencies like the DEA and ICE, dramatically reducing the Department of Defense budget, ending life sentences and mandatory minimum sentences, closing all federal prisons and immigration detention centers, and decriminalizing and retroactively expunging both state and federal drug offenses.

The second section calls for federal grants to incentivize local jurisdictions to decarcerate jails and/or defund police forces, close detention facilities, abolish state gang databases, remove police from schools, repeal all juvenile offenses, eliminate all court fees and forgive past debts.

The section also calls for a new program that would send trained civilian specialists, rather than police, to respond to 911 calls in order to reduce unnecessary contact between law enforcement and community members.

The next section calls for allocating new money for social equality in communities that provide equitable funding for all schools; developing school curricula that examines the impacts of colonialism, genocide against indigenous peoples and slavery; closing youth detention centers; and providing a lifetime of free access to education for undocumented immigrants, including those who are currently or were formerly incarcerated.

The final section calls for reparations for those incarcerated, including enfranchisement to vote; creating a public financing program for campaigns powered by small-dollar contributions; incentivizing states to increase voter turnout; and allowing undocumented immigrants to vote in local and state elections.

Biden-Sanders unity task force on criminal justice reform:

Unsurprisingly, many of the BREATHE Act’s demands resemble recommendations made by the Biden-Sanders criminal justice task force.

The task force recommendations include ending the use of private prisons and detention centers — including for immigration offenses; ending cash bail; abolishing the death penalty at the federal level; making all sentencing reforms retroactive to allow for individualized resentencing; incentivizing jail and prison closures as populations decline; restoring the right to vote for all formerly incarcerated individuals; reinstating government-subsidized grants (Pell Grant eligibility) for previously incarcerated individuals; conditioning the receipt of federal funds on the automatic expungement and sealing of juvenile records; and federal funding to create a civilian corps of unarmed first responders such as social workers, EMTs, and trained mental health professionals to handle non-violent emergencies.

Breitbart News previously reported that the task force on criminal justice reform, charged with shaping Biden’s public policy agenda and intended to guide the party’s 2020 platform, was composed of extremist members with radical views directly tied to organizations that believe America is inherently racist and must be fought through radical transformation.

Biden, long seen as a moderate, has earned plaudits from progressives in recent weeks for the aggressive recommendations made by the Biden-Sanders unity task force.

“The compromise they came up with, if implemented, will make Biden the most progressive president since FDR,” Sanders told MSNBC after the task force released its recommendations.

Sanders added that there was a “real honest effort” to find a compromise between left-wing supporters of Sanders and establishment Biden backers.

Patrisse Cullors radical revolution:

Breitbart News previously reported on the M4BL and its extreme vision for what a “true American revolution” would look like, with Patrice Cullors warning the DNC platform committee that if the Democratic Party is not careful, they risk losing the great opportunity to lead our country.

As reported, the nationwide push led by Black Lives Matter to defund the police is part of a larger radical agenda expressed in the group’s own manifesto which openly seeks a revolution to topple the U.S. capitalist system and its replacement with a socialist-style government replete with universal income, collective ownership, and the redistribution of wealth.

Additionally, Breitbart News documented Cullors — whom the DNC platform committee embraced — as the protégé of a communist-supporting domestic terrorist for over a decade, spending years training in political organizing and absorbing the radical Marxist-Leninist ideology which shaped her worldview.

Biden embracing the revolution:

On Tuesday, Biden reiterated that he would be “one of the most progressive presidents in U.S. history” during a rare question-and-answer session with the press after a speech on racial equality in Wilmington, Delaware, as Breitbart News reported.

Biden’s promises of a fundamental transformation have been made on several occasions, including:

  • May 4: Biden calls coronavirus an “incredible opportunity … to fundamentally transform the country.”
  • May 11: Biden says America needs “revolutionary institutional changes.”
  • June 2: Biden calls for America to fight “systemic racism.”
  • July 4: Biden promises to “transform” America and “rip the roots of systemic racism out of this country.”
  • July 9: Biden vows he will put an “end to the era of shareholder capitalism.”
  • July 13: Biden promises “systemic” and “institutional” changes.

BLM and Antifa are feeling the power. The media completely has their backs. Much of corporate America and professional sports overwhelmingly supports them. Anyone who wants to discuss facts is racist.

Just as newspapers are ceasing to publish mug shots, how long will it be before Table 43 ceases to exist?

Well the FBI would cease to exist so yes. Course I also note that should all the above pass there will be a revolution, just not the one that BLM/AntiFa suspected.

Ben Franklin said the Founders created “A Republic, if you can keep it”

It took longer than many believed it would, including a Civil War, but the end of our Republic looms now…unless action is taken to prevent it. Action few seem willing to take.

We have two full generations that have been taught (read: indoctrinated) to believe our Republic isn’t WORTH saving…at least not as constituted.

And it is in the interests of a variety of America’s enemies, foreign AND domestic, to let any standards of decency and respect slip away along with our history.

Instead of maintaining high standards we are being told that “standards” themselves, along with things like ‘Grammar’ are “Racist”.

Why work? Why learn? Why dress in clothes not sweats? Why learn to speak properly? Why do anything that takes effort because you can get what you want from the government.

Life is good. If you call that life.

Those of us who see the huge difference between even 30 years ago and now, are dismissed with comments like “You just don’t get it.” (What is “it” that we don’t “get” is NEVER explained…because debate and discourse is never engaged in by the “WOKE”!)

What Ben Franklin feared has indeed come to pass.

Our system of government relies on, at least, semi learned voters. Not only literate, but interested. It doesn’t work when the electorate has been dumbed down, and it certainly doesn’t work when EVERYONE is mailed a ballot…whether they registered to vote or not, and then others are allowed to “harvest” those ballots and turn them in as valid.

The mass mailing and “harvesting” will allow, hell, ENCOURAGE fraud on a massive scale…and produce election returns with no relation to how America really feels. And the media will applaud the result, because it will serve their purposes.

Its heartbreaking to really understand what those in power are willing to do to us to get and keep their lifestyle, and their power. Nothing is out of bounds for them. Not one thing.

BLM, AntiFa and millions of useful-idiots are tools of the TRUE fascists…the Socialist/Communist/Leftist oligarchs.

We need a plan. If the socialists win the only way we defeat them is the same way they defeated us, a march thru the institutions.

That means we need to start with the Children.

Drdog, I wish we had time for a long-term plan starting with the children…but I fear we don’t. Not for the country as a whole anyway.

But if we can carve out sections of the country that can educate children on the values of freedom, hard work and human decency then we would have a chance.

Out here the Eastern halves of Washington and Oregon, and the Northern 1/3 of California, have VASTLY more in common with Idaho than with the coastal sections of those three States. “Greater Idaho” would be a formidable force…but the “elites” will never allow it.

Today Democrats depend on uneducated voters, who don’t realize how their plans will destroy our way of life. That’s where CNN and the rest of the media help the Democrats – by actually shielding Americans from the truth. If the public knew what the Democrats were really about, they would be a fringe party.

De-fund the police, release criminals and reduce sentencing, in the unlikely event they get caught. What could go wrong?

Look no further than Comrade de Blasio’s paradise where the same criminal is arrested three times in a week for burglary or armed robbery.

And black communities would feel the negative impact first.

To cheer up some of the BLM gloom, the SpaceX Dragon capsule is scheduled for splashdown at about 11:45 AM Pacific time with two NASA astronauts to took the capsule on a 60 day test mission to the ISS. There is also a SpaceX Starship test hop scheduled later in the day as well.

Think what you will about Elon Musk, but he is responsible for the US going from 0% of the global commercial launch market in 2010 to about 60% of the launch market in 2020. SpaceX is also responsible for bringing innovation and an American “can do” attitude back to the aerospace industry which had become ossified over the last 50 years. If Starship development proceeds as planned, under SpaceX the US will have a rocket more powerful than the Saturn V that is fully reusable and able to launch for a cost comparable to flying a 747 around the globe (down from $1 billion a launch of the ever delayed SLS being developed by Boeing for NASA). Lots of risk and setbacks will be experienced, but also incredible opportunity for this country to achieve things in space that were dreamed about in the 60’s , but were lost due to entrenched buracracy loss of national vision from babysitting leftist for the last few decades.

SpaceX success in engine development was finding the Boomer engineers who worked with RocketDyne and Rockwell back when they were earning their stripes as youngn’s at the waist belt of Arthur Rudolph and VonBraun. To the benefit of the new kids doing this stuff is that they have access to technology the Boomers never had. Back at Saturn V every engine was hand built like a piece of jewelry. Those that went into a rocket were tuned as a match set. Now? The kids can crank out a rocket motor in 3D, concept to print.

Kudos to them for making is possible. — — they deserve the praise.

One of the things I love about SpaceX is that it blows apart the myth the US can’t compete globally without importing hords of engineers and workers from abroad to dilute wages or exporting development to 3rd world sweat shops. Because being a developer of sensitive rocket technology SpaceX must follow ITAR rules which essentially limits their workforce to US citizens and perhaps green card holders from some close allies. Despite this supposed handicap, SpaceX has managed to push their technology to be decades ahead of competitors and shows all signs of excellerating innovation.

An interesting comment I read at another blog that tracks pretty close to what JR has been saying (in my opinion).

“The rank-and-file left is possessed with a type of insanity. They’re objectively delusional.

I think I’ve mentioned this before, but I thought there was “something” about the 2016 campaign. It seemed that the message went out that the masks could be dropped now. Maybe it was their confidence that Hillary would win. When that didn’t happen, the scorched earth started.

The inexplicable race by businesses to bow to BLM pressure. Teachers unions attempting to take over the ed systems. The intentional attempts to separate people from their religions by targeting churches for shutdowns. And a whole bunch of other things big and small.

It’s all qualitatively different than the past political spats. It feels like a preparation of the battlefield.

I agree with (pessimists who say) that we’re getting pretty far down the path of throwing the country away.

The next big step will be to crash the markets and impoverish the middle class. There’s a guy who runs a hedge fund I heard on a podcast who thinks he knows how the stock market goes to zero, and thinks it’s at this point inevitable.”

I don’t know about the stock market going all the way to zero, but kill off everyone’s 401K and then tell them to vote Dem if they want to eat … well, that might work.

I do wonder if we will one day find out that Dems were working with China and the UN, etc, to use Covid, universal mail-voting, BLM riots and all that stuff in order to gain power because leaving Trump in America-first mode was too stressful for the bad guys. They need the compliant, stupid guys in charge of the US or their situations would fall apart. For sure, the media is not printing the truth anymore, they follow the script without deviation.

Democrat Governors and Mayors have realized that all they can do anything if they couch their actions as being: “for the greater good!”

Step one – Declare something to be an “existential threat” (pandemic, “Climate Change”, “Ststemic Racism”, etc)
Step two – Announce “temporary measures” to combat the threat
Step three – Get the media to trumpet your actions and vilify any who try to disagree in any way
Step four – Turn “temporary measures” into LAW

#51, from what I’ve read elsewhere I believe if the election is totally botched and couldn’t be certified it would ultimately end up in the House for a vote. However, it wouldn’t be a normal straight up vote with all congressmen, but something where each State, through the representatives, gets a vote. I’m not sure how exactly the vote of each state is determined, but in such a scenario the advantage would definitely be on the side of the GOP candidate. There might be a scenario where Pelosi could end up as President, but it would only be temporary and for a short while while until the final vote took place in the House.

The California Underground podcast I listen to discussed Gov Newsom’s tax situation esp how his “blind trust” for a winery was involved in the transfer of a house to his list of assets.
The podcaster, Phil, gives instructions on how to anonymously report suspicious tax activity to the IRS.
I haven’t done it yet but I will in the next couple days.
If you’re looking for mischief, here’s some info.

Show notes for episode 34 of Cal Underground.

Is King Newsom’s reign finally over? Senate Concurrent Resolution 93 looks to end the State of Emergency and return power to the legislature.
Newsom may be in some legal hot water for tax avoidance by using his LLC “PlumpJack” illegally to funnel a $3.7 million mansion to him tax free. Plus some guidance on how you can get the authorities involved to look into it.

Were I the Investigator on scene I would have trouble. Do I classify this as a public service action or a murder? How did he handle Fathers Day?

JaB filed last month as a separate entity. Guess the two companies kept the legalese as separate as possible.

If you are a CA resident, consider signing up for the Howard Jarvis Tax Association email newsletter. It comes out once or twice a week. (See website)

This week: Dems attempt to roll back half of Prop 13 is coming in the Fall election. First they will rescind Prop 13 for business property (costs will be rolled to consumers) and then they’ll hit homeowners in some future election.

AG Becerra can’t be trusted when naming props
    By Jon Coupal

Last week, the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association filed a lawsuit against California Attorney General Xavier Becerra for his abject failure to produce impartial ballot material related to Proposition 15, the “split roll” attack that seeks the partial repeal of Proposition 13.

What Proposition 15 does can be described simply: It raises property taxes on commercial and industrial real estate. And yet, how does Becerra describe it in the ballot title? Like this: “Increases funding sources for public schools, community colleges, and local governments by changing assessment of commercial and industrial property.”

What is missing, of course, are the words “tax increase” or “increases property taxes” or any other word or phrase that fairly characterizes what the measure does. Even the description of how the money will be spent is misleading. In fact, most of the money goes to local governments, not education.

Note: that last sentence says it all. It’s yet another slush fund for politicians but sold as money for schools.

75, the lede paragraph gives Trump not ceding power as the prime mover for CWII.

But it seems WAY more likely that Dem shenanigans will start it. Like stealing the election in broad daylight and daring We The People to do anything about it. While being backed up by China and the UN.

    69 – Not to worry it’s a setup. 😉
75 – I have no doubt dems have war gamed every possible move or strategy and I’m equally confident the repubs haven’t thought about any of it longer than 60 seconds and will be caught flat footed as usual by any strat, only debate about that is if such is on purpose or not.

filed under shit I wish I didn’t even know was going on…

Another WTF of insane hypocracy, protests ok, knocking on doors to register voters… not ok…. da fuk? I say ignore the bastards and claim you’re door to door knocking is your way of protesting if pushed.

The cognitive dissonance of the Left/Dems/media (same people) is stunning! Really.

Shootings and all other crime in EVERY major city controlled by the Dems (which is almost all of them) are up by MASSIVE numbers. Yet the media/Dems can’t find ANY connection with their “de-fund” the police narrative.

Hell, in Minneapolis the City Council has voted to ELIMINATE the police…and then encouraged citizens to “cooperate with criminals”. ALL crime is skyrocketing there…and the media can’t figure out why?!?!?

Eph, Eyore May be justified in panicking.
    Check out this theory:
Biden can’t pick a VP because he won’t be the nominee any more.
If #HollowJoe does NOT select @KamalaHarris as VP, it might be because the TOP spot on the ticket is opening up before the election. Didn’t see that coming, did you?

“You can have peace. Or you can have freedom. Don’t ever count on having both at once.”

It appears that our days of having both are at an end. Getting close to the choice of driving a gun or riding a rail car.
