Censorship Regardless of Who Does it is the Wrong Direction

Josh Hawley @HawleyMO · 20h Under oath, Zuckerberg admits @Facebook DOES have “tools” to track its users across the internet, across platforms, across accounts – all without user knowledge. I ask how many times this tool has been used domestically against Americans. Zuck won’t say

Source

First an observation. Sadly but importantly, Twitter and Facebook are not breaking any laws. Fact they are using the laws that you Josh and your other partners in Congress passed. So first you need to stand in front of a mirror and state publicly –

I F’d up.

Till you and your peers admit that fact and realize that not every problem needs to be solved with a law, regulation or edict. Leave Americans to do their own thing, and we tend to get along with each other. As many a person has opined – Politics, it destroys everything it touches.

So what to do? Well first of all Section 230 needs to be amended. If you eliminate it totally then many services that have public comments will be eliminated. No company will be willing to accept risk of suits triggered by content not of their own creation. The simple fact of the matter is operators of these sites need to be forced to select what they are – publisher or service provider. If you are a publisher, yes you have the right to manage content, but also accept the burden of being sued. If a service provider you are freed from legal action of third parties but you cannot manage content. Its one or the other.

Quite frankly till the Internet came forth that is what has worked for some 300 years both in operation and in the courts. A newspaper or publishing house could manage their content as they saw fit and lived with the consequences good or bad. The gent standing on the soap box down at the corner was free to shout his diatribes as he or she saw fit. That intent carried over into the telephony world without a hitch; the phone companies not liable for the speech of their users as they were labeled a service provider.

In the interim I suggest that the primary course of action is to not use the services of internet companies that censor content under the covers. Facebook and Twitter being prime examples. (and yes I recognize the mixed message using twitter content above) Sometimes the only way to modify the behavior of a corporation is to let them take a huge whack in the pocketbook.

End game Section 230 should be eliminated and replaced with an extension of the 1st and 4th amendments. “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects,…” be extended to those resources housed on the Internet. The hosting site may not lay claim to you papers, thoughts and effects nor shall they be responsible for outcomes that issue from them. Your medical records are yours not the medical practitioner who assumes the role of care taker. (That is the effect of all places Russia.) Doing so would also eliminate a massive amount of cyber security issues trying to dance around the issue of 4th Amendment protections. State it outright and clear out the under brush of conflicting laws and regs.

9,626 vote error in the DeKalb County hand count.

One batch was labeled 10,707 for Biden and 13 for Trump..
The actual count for the batch was 1,081 for Biden and 13 for Trump.

There are more votes cast than people in 80/491 Detroit precincts. That amounts to 16.3% of all Detroit precincts with more votes than people.

Two most likely outcomes to the legal challenges:

    1) Courts don’t step in, let the result stand.

    2) “Once it’s established that there was substantial fraud, it would seem reasonable to toss the whole election rather than impose the unreasonable burden on the plaintiff to prove what the outcome would have been absent the fraud (of which only the tip of the iceberg might have been discovered)”

I hope Trump’s team extends it out to the max. Even knowing corrupt decisions are coming down, it’s worth it to force them to do the deed. Also, it’s useful to learn which Repubs are surrender monkeys.
Finally, to create a core of voters who don’t forget what happened and “move on”. Time for us all to consider ways we can “misbehave” in the coming years.

At what point then is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, if it ever reach us, it must spring up amongst us. It cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide.
Excerpt from Abraham Lincoln on: “The Perpetuation of Our Political Institutions”. Springfield, Illinois, January 27, 1838

The destruction of America that Lincoln spoke of is among us…and may yet take control of EVERY branch of government. If Biden is installed in the basement of the White House, and if the Democrats manage to “win” the two run-off elections in Georgia, then they will IMMEDIATELY set about doing the following:
    1. Expand (read: “pack”) the Supreme Court to give them a 6-5 majority that will rubber-stamp the actions 2-4
    2. Make 20 million illegal aliens citizens…and register them to vote
    3. Add Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico as States, and have 4 Senators added to the Senate, increasing their hold
    4. Eliminate the Electoral College…or circumvent it by passing some “National Vote” work around

Then the Democrat/BigTech/media/Leftist cabal will begin the “Great Reset” that many of them are already promising/predicting.

As with Obama’s “Hope & Change” the “Elite” are VERY vague as to how the “Great Reset” will be accomplished, and what the end result will be.

The “Great Reset” will definitely include: Guaranteed employmentguaranteed healthcare…guaranteed survival.

The “bargain” being offered is a very old one. Something attractive, for something you don’t think you need, or aren’t using anyway. The Devil explained to Faust that his “soul” wasn’t doing him any good…and couldn’t be proven to exist anyway. What, he asked, would Faust want in return?? Putting little, if any, value on his soul, but a LOT of value on his personal pleasure, Faust “sold” his soul very cheaply: Earthly pleasure!

    When I say to the Moment flying;
‘Linger a while — thou art so fair!’
Then bind me in thy bonds undying,
And my final ruin I will bear!

As Faust saw no value in his soul, they see no value in their or YOUR freedom. So surrendering freedoms they don’t think they need, in exchange for things they want is no big deal to them.
Unsure as to whether they can ever be rich they’re willing surrender the chance to ever be so. Not inclined to speak out, they’re willing to surrender their (and our) right to do so. Unhappy with the views of others they are willing to have YOU surrender your Right to disagree (it never occurs to them that this will EVER be turned against them).

Do NOT suffer these fools lightly.

So for each one of those dumpsters at a polling place, they can process around 40 ballots an hour. Do the math. Do you believe in math or not?

There were 45 votes in my pct about 30 minutes into voting on voting day, 18 on one scanner and 27 on the second (the one I used), and that’s with zero lines to actually use either. The person claiming 40 ballots an hour is feeding bullshit, it’s at least 120 per system (30sec ea) and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was actually more like 150-180ph (20seconds) and my own sense of wait time was off. That or they’re talking about entirely different gear in use, but the “dumpster” pics from wayne and philly I’ve seen all look like the same “dumpters” in use in GA.

I contend they stole GA just as they intended too, with injecting enough ballots to do so, namely by harvesting absentees of those they’ve injected into the rolls in 2018 and this cycle, and ballots in general, (and yes probably some late night printing in Fulton of biden only absentee ballots). Any “glitches” or Dominion manipulation were just icing on the cake. They will do it exactly the same way here for the run off… Already I’ve got 3 texts in 3 days asking me if I want someone else (“black lives vote”) to request my absentee ballot for jan5th be sent to me, the D groups here are in overdrive already.

2 – Even for Dekalb that’s an insane dump. it’s an 80/20 sort of place maybe 85/15 this time around, not a 99/1 (which would make it the most liberal place in the fucking country). Granted I get this was just ‘one batch’ (1081/13) which I guess could happen, but even that smells.

And yet they are still referred to as “experts”:

    https://thefederalist.com/2020/11/18/experts-claiming-no-evidence-of-2020-fraud-sounded-the-alarm-about-election-security-in-2017/

While the security experts, who range in employment from higher education to private companies, claim that none of the “technical vulnerabilities have actually been exploited to alter the outcome of any US election,” more than half of the signatories signed a letter to Congress in June 2017 urging senators and representatives to take action to “minimize election security risks” and sounding the alarm to preserve voter integrity by addressing problems with electronic machines at U.S. polling stations.

    (snip)

Lastly, the experts advocate for “robust statistical post-election audits before certification of final results in federal elections,” relying on the knowledge and assistance of technical experts to help complete them. This process and its results, the 2017 letter states, should be publicized.

Trump pays $3 million for recount of 2 Wisconsin counties
By SCOTT BAUERNovember 18, 2020 GMT

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — President Donald Trump’s campaign has paid $3 million for a recount of two heavily Democratic Wisconsin counties, saying Wednesday that they were the site of the “worst irregularities” although no evidence of wrongdoing has been presented and state elections officials have said there was none.

Trump paid for the recounts in Milwaukee and Dane counties overnight Tuesday and planned to submit the required paperwork to trigger the recount on Wednesday, the campaign said in a statement.

In the two counties Trump chose for the recount, Democrat Joe Biden received 577,455 votes compared with 213,157 for Trump. Biden won statewide by 20,608 votes, based on canvassed results submitted by the counties.

#1) They were over confident among various groups doing the usual rigging, so they did “the usual”, not the over-the-top version, because “she would win anyway”, and even the few who got worried in the final days only had so much time left to inject extra via absentee. They had no backup-plan for election night because “she wasn’t going to lose”, to do more than “the usual”.

    2) They didn’t have 5 years of trashing Trump 24×7 and 1/2 a year of often showing him unfiltered at rallies because they though he would lose and it was good ratings, instead it was say zero good for 4 years and never show more than a minute or two of rally on ANY network but OAN.

    3) They didn’t have KUNGFLU enforcing in some of these places VBM, and all the laxed enforcement and harvesting it to go with it around absentee\vbm, nor the benefit of the trial run in 2018 to see if there would be any negative legal outcomes from doing it, nor the advanced notice for it all.

SEATTLE – A federal judge in Seattle has awarded $10 million to the family of a severely disabled child who was born after a community clinic nurse inadvertently gave the mother a flu shot instead of a birth-control injection.

The Seattle Times reported that U.S. District Judge Robert Lasnik last week awarded the child $7.5 million for her medical, educational and other expenses, on top of $2.5 million in damages for her parents.

After a trial earlier this year, Lasnik found that the mother, Yeseni Pacheco, did not want to become pregnant and would not have become pregnant in 2011 if the nurse at the Neighborcare Health clinic had given her the correct shot.

#62 They sure as heck better not “certify” this cluster frag:

    MICHIGAN

3,000 precincts reporting votes cast up to 350% above those registered.

You don’t have to be a statistician to know that those numbers don’t exist in the real world. Audits are starting to shed the light of Truth.

Republican lawmakers Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Rep. James Comer (R-KY) called on Wednesday night for an immediate Congressional investigation into 2020 election.
Jim Jordan is the Ranking member on the House Judiciary Committee and James Comer is the Ranking member on the Committee of Oversight and Reform.

The two Republican lawmakers called on Democrat leaders to investigate the controversial and highly contested 2020 election. The Republicans are asking for hearings on the 2020 elections as soon as possible.

68- Might have been more useful in Jan 2017.

WEC – Wayne county did end up certifying, the did how ever call for an audit of recount\investigation into a few pcts, it’s being reported that certification is contingent upon that, and it’s also being report it was not technically contingent – I’m guess the later is the truth but I guess we’ll see.

Those both seem almost entirely targeted, such that likely T voters are flagged for mail-in even if they didn’t request it such that they become provisional when they show up on game-day to vote. And certain counties get a unofficial heads up to prepare to be able to pre-cure ballots before election day, while other don’t any only get it in the final week or final hours before election day.

The campaign said it paid a three million dollar filing fee for the
recount in the two counties, which the state has acknowledged receiving.
Tonight we heard from a Republican officer from Dane County Wisconsin.

According to our source the recount workers will be paid $30
an hour for their work in the two counties. And only 12 out of 176 names
submitted by the Republicans were scheduled as recount workers.

Anyone else confirming this? If true what a sham, and that 3 million might as well just be donation to wi dems.

I can’t confirm, but if so, it is a sham. For $3M you ought to have direct access to the raw data with your own workers, with observers (look, but no touch) coming from the Dem side.

Trump tweeted the following early this morning:

Important News Conference today by lawyers on a very clear and viable path to victory. Pieces are very nicely falling into place. RNC at 12:00 P.M.

    Should at least be interesting

I listen to Steve Bannon’s War Room podcasts. The guy has his quirks and weaknesses, but with regards to the uphill climb Trump has against the swamp and Dim corruption this election, I like his no BS approach. He has a full understanding that politics at this level is a full-contact bloodsport and the Dims are ruthless and playing for keeps. Most Republicans seem to think both sides are playing by the Marquess of Queensberry Rules and never see the shiv being slipped between their ribs as Bannon does. I’m certain he is advising Trump at some level, but I would feel better if he was more hands on with Trump’s election team this go around.
