Judicial System Intimidated by the Left
A retired Wisconsin judge openly stated what so many of us have been thinking – the US judicial system truly is intimidated by the left. They saw much of Minneapolis destroyed. Judges and justices have seen rampant violence and destruction in Chicago, Seattle, Portland and other cities. They realize that conservatives and independents are law-abiding as opposed to the leftist throng which has no respect for the law.
The same is true with election fraud. While Democrats who planned the strategy (like Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson) are mostly white, those who carried out the plans at local precincts and election centers are almost all black. Hence the fear of being labeled as racissst.
A former Wisconsin state judge, who is now representing the Trump campaign in litigation in that state, testified before Congress that justice is not being served because of high-pressure intimidation tactics at the hands of the radical ideological Left.
James Troupis said he believes intimidation applied by the radical Left has prevented lawyers and judges from accepting and hearing election fraud cases.
“We have to acknowledge that the court system has been deeply intimidated by the left, just as the lawyers have been intimidated,” Troupis told the Senate Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs Committee Wednesday. “And that’s a sad, sad state of affairs.”
In explaining why he decided to represent the Trump campaign in their challenge to the election results, Troupis said he believes many upscale law firms refused to participate over to a fear of retaliation by those on the Left.
“One of the reasons I was called is because virtually every major law firm in this country and in this city refused to represent the President, Troupis said. “Not because of the lack of merit in his claims – we’ve certainly demonstrated that there’s merit – but because of the cancel culture.”
“Because of the environment that has been created by the Left that has intimidated lawyers so that they can’t be here, they’re not here. They’re not here from the giant law firms, precisely because they were ordered by their management committees and others that, ‘You cannot take those cases. The reasons you cannot take those cases is because our clients, or the Democrat Party, or the incoming administration, will remember that and they will hold it against you.’”
Troupis added, “As a former judge, I was so incensed by that.”

BC,
How will Eph deal with all this you ask??
Simple:
1. Drive to cliff
2. Get naked
3. Pour single malt all over myself
4. Drink single malt…
5. Jump off cliff
Any questions ??..

Eph, if you’re gonna pour the single malt all over yourself and jump (after drinking some), at least set yourself on fire before you jump! 🙂

in other news, Water is wet!
“Progressives” (most misleading label EVER) “love” America the way a Developer “loves” the 1,000 acres of trees and meadow he just bought. They BOTH want to bulldoze what’s in front of them and start over. At least the Developer intends to BUILD something…and may actually build something useful. Progressives? They just want to bulldoze America…and wait for the unicorns to slide down off rainbows to do something or other.
Another “shocker” from the survey:
==> “just 20 percent of adults between 18 and 29 years of age feel “extremely proud to be American”
Those “adults” have been relentlessly indoctrinated to believe “America BAD” their entire lives…so naturally they take no pride in being an American.
Barry McGuire sang ‘Eve Of Destruction’ in 1964…he was just a few years early. Now we really are.

Some thoughts from the Raconteur Report —
Here are some of my own notes:
All the COVIDication of the workforce has done is
a) ring the dinner bell to outsource everything (and everyone) outsourceable.
(Commercial real estate, long-term: deader than canned tuna.)
b) People in Bangladesh cannot cook your burger, do chest compressions during your heart attack, nor change your oil or transmission.
c) If you have a job, you are employed at will.
d) If you own a business, you are employed at whim.
e) Find ways to make money that have other people making the money and delivering it to you. Diversity is asinine. Diversification is king.
f) long-term, having a large class of unemployed, under-employed, and broke, hungry, shiftless lumpenproletariat is how revolutions start. Middle classes do not revolt. This year has seen the biggest targeted wipeout of the middle class, worldwide, and shifting them to the lower class, than anything since the Great Depression. And we’re still in the early innings of it, as COVID2.0 now appears to be clearing its throat.
g) That’s before the blatant disenfranchising of a third of the adults in this country by the most ham-fistedly blatant electoral fraud (outside of every election in Central America, ever) in living memory.
h) make plans accordingly, for a long, cold, brutal, and quite probably bloody decade-plus of economic winter. Possibly with a bonus helping of “heads on pikes”.
Good times Are Here Again will not be played anytime soon.
And remember: Amateurs talk tactics, professionals talk logistics isn’t just a snappy put-down; it’s How the World Works at ground level.
And for Common Core grads, you should know that 1776 was planned and funded by the richest bunch of Establishment movers and shakers (not to mention smugglers and pirates) in the New World. You could look it up.
Coincidence, my @$$. Learn a lesson from history.
1776.2 better be too, or it’s not going to go the way you hope.
And Another Thing:
The official governing body in 1776 was called Parliament.
In 2020, the Congress and Courts and the rest of the Deep State are still The King’s Parliament and His Majesty’s Court. And President Trump isn’t their king, as they’ve told you for four long years.
Why is anyone surprised at this, or how things are playing out?
The Continental Congress was an unauthorized, unsanctioned, unlawful, treasonous, and seditious assembly, and every man-jack of them were eventually targeted for arrest and hanging. If you’re expecting GOVERNMENT as it is presently constituted to plan or carry out anything like a revolt, you don’t understand things very well.
You’re going to have to find and BE the leaders you’re waiting to have appear, or there ain’t gonna be none of those.
Let that sink in until it fills your marrow.
That is all.

God, please let this rumor be true. I cannot think of a better Christmas present for Catholics:
https://en-volve.com/2020/12/22/breaking-vatican-source-says-pope-francis-to-step-down/
Francis is likely unhappy because he doesn’t command the respect of rank-and-file Catholics like other popes. But, no other pope in modern times has done as much to alienate and insult faithful Catholics.
Unfortunately, the way Francis has stacked the College of Cardinals, his successor likely won’t be that much better.
Fr. Huffman for Pope.

“The House passed the combined bill on two votes: 327-85 for the defense and homeland spending part and 359-53 for the rest of the …”
There were 85 “NO” for Defense and only 53 “NO” for entitlements.
Sounds like Dems were more busy voting to hurt the military while Repubs couldn’t even bother to resist Dem pork.

~~~~THE GOP (grand ol party)~~~
The grand illusion is what we now can see,
Socialist party A , socialist party B, for you and me,
We started in to be honest with everything on the square,
But one can’t fool with the golden rule in a crowd that wan’t play fair,
The ripon republicans and log cabin pickle puffers,
Are right at home with the ballot box vote stuffers,
“A republic if we can keep it, madam”said a founder,
Never did Franklin dream we would be so prone to flounder,
The dry rot started almost from day one,
As the states acquiesced one by one,
A little federal subsidy here, surrendering sovereignty there,
The cancer continued until they had us by the short hair,
Once attached to the federal nipple of security,
Representative government slips into obscurity,
We the people have been myopic in our view,
We are all guilty of allowing this mellieu,
Will it all end with a bang, or a pathetic whimper?,
Historically thinking, our peckers will just grow limper.
[29]
The spineless capons (GOP) they do abound,
Groveling like chickens pecking the ground,
These pussy whipped soy boys are a wonder,
When we had the chance we should have plowed them under,
At birth these quislings should have been drowned
[30]
Firmly ensconced upon the bosom of dependency,
The great unwashed are on the road to degeneracy,
Puffers of pickles and nuzzlers if nipples,
we have created a nation of cripples,
Enjoy the ride into our descendancy.
The solution, in my opinion, is something akin to the old New York Conservative Party. It supported Republicans who were sufficiently conservative. If not, it ran its own candidates. James Buckley, William F.’s brother, was elected to a full term in the US Senate, defeating Roger Goodell’s father. Goodell, Sr. was named by Nelson Rockefeller to fill an unexpired term. That’s far more success than the Losertarians have ever enjoyed.
[56]
drdog09 #44 –
Kids today have no idea what phone booths were.
My officemate showed me an article on linotype machines (typesetting). It uses hot (metal) type set in individual lines to fit a newspaper column width.
In college I wrote for the Varsity News and one semester was lucky enough to be copy editor. As copy editor, I got to go to the Highland Parker – a suburban daily that printed the Varsity News – at about 11 PM or midnight the night before an issue was to be delivered. My responsibility was to edit all the stories that didn’t fit the space allotted. In some cases it meant removing entire paragraphs so a story would fit. In other cases it meant writing some meaningless BS so there wouldn’t be a gaping hole. When I left (about 2 – 3 AM) they started printing for early morning delivery.
Highland Park, MI – not to be confused with cities with the same name in the Chicago and Dallas areas – is one of several cities surrounded by Detroit. Back then it was safe and very livable. It was selected a a Look Magazine All-American City way back in the 1950s and had the highest rated schools in Michigan about the same time. Today Highland Park is no safer or nicer than Detroit.
My son wrestled in state regionals at Highland Park High School around 2004 on a Saturday. A gang fight broke out in the school’s parking lot and the wrestlers were “locked down” in the school until the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department came and broke it up. The police department was one of many things Highland Park no longer had as the city fell into decline.
[57]
Tomorrow I’ll catch up with everyone on We-Me or Me-We or whatever.
I am still at work but am about to hear the office door close behind me.
[58]
“Kids today have no idea what phone booths were.” — BC
Agreed and that is the inside joke for those who do know. 🙂
I saw a Linotype once that used precast type. Separate machine would cast the type. What a marvel of mechanical design that it actually worked.
That is worth considering, maybe. Some of the 401k’s have the lowest yield rates on the planet. If your 401k is heavy in bonds this would be an excellent time to get out of that. Bonds won’t be yielding squat so long as ZIRP and MMT are in control.
McQuisling wants to stay on as majority leader, hence the urgency to get the “stimulus” out there ASAP. Stabbing Trump ( and the rest of us) in the back to get it on the books so as not to lose the upcoming Georgia senate vote. The two faced prick is on the horns of a dilemma; dump trump and he loses the georgia trumpsters, stick with trump on this issue and it will bring out the $$$$grubbing dem base plus the machines. Either way he loses the senate majority and plays hind tit to schumcker. It would almost be worth it to see McQuisling sucking hind tit as minority leader or worse.
A2. No, the Payment is not includible in your gross income. Therefore, you will not include the Payment in your taxable income on your Federal income tax return or pay income tax on your Payment. It will not reduce your refund or increase the amount you owe when you file your 2020 Federal income tax return.
A Payment also will not affect your income for purposes of determining eligibility for federal government assistance or benefit programs.
Merry Christmas.
Fear not. There are hundreds of times that God tells us to “Fear Not”. One person said that there are 365 of them, one for each day of the year. No matter how bleak things may appear – God has this.
I believe we are going to see a Red Sea moment. At the last moment when nearly everyone has lost faith, God will step in and show that he is still God and NOTHING passes without his approval.
It is what it is, “Faith”. When you have lost all trust and faith in human institutions, there is still the Living God who never fails.
It is the Christmas season, keep your faith in God. He never fails.
Again, Merry Christmas, and if I don’t see you – Happy New Year too!
