Has the Line Been Crossed?

And of course there is, 42 U.S. Code § 1983 –

Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officer’s judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable. For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia.

And of course there was the previous blog on the subject here. The point of that blog post was to point out that Mash v Alabama had constraining language vis a vis its probable inference in the courts. Psaki flat out in the declaration above indicates that the administration is working in concert with Facebook in suppressing ‘misinformation’. Well hate to tell you deary, one mans misinformation is another mans free speech.

Did Psaki just hand Trump the club he needed to ram it home against Big Tech?

Where’s the lawyers? There are 75m co-defendants for this action. I assume of course that the Progs could care less, they are getting what they want.

Facebook, Twitter and other social media giants have been working hand-in-hand with the Democrats for years.

drdog – I think we crossed that line along time ago.

I think we are just about here.

JR – understand where you are. Shoot them and let them bleed out. Coyotes, wolves, bears, birds and other critters need to eat too.

    3,

A classic movie for our times.

    4,

Clay is saying what I am thinking. The Judiciary now has a problem. If an actionable suit arises, Trump or no, and it is mishandled that is a branch of the government that now becomes superfluous to the body politic. Bottom line this may in fact become a very big deal.

And yet Biden admin and Facebook are at odds too — https://therightscoop.com/facebook-ends-joe-biden-in-hilariously-harsh-response-to-him-calling-them-murderers/ — Commies always stay on mission regardless.

drdog – agree. The more the Supreme Court defends/supports the actions of the Executive, the more irrelevant they become. Personally, when the court ruled that Texas had no standing, they became irrelevant.

Claim: In just one year, Biden will have imported a new illegal population larger than 12 states and DC

(Note: if they follow the Cali model, the new illegals will be offered free housing, food and medical care)

On the YouTube alternate “Rumble”, Styxhexandhammer posts an evocative title:

Styxhexenhammer666: “Secession is Dumb, Conquest is Better”
I haven’t watched it, just liked the title LOL. Styx is gradually moving off YT due to censorship, and helping to build up Alt-Tech. What Rumble, BitChute and others need though is not more political discourse. They need cooking shows and DIY (how to change your car’s key fob battery, repair an E4D5 error code on your washing machine and other stuff like that …)

9, to be honest though … WE are the ones being conquered so far. On another blog, there was a discussion of whether Americans have been “docile”.
I go with the position “Yeah”. In fact, not just “Yeah” but “Hell YEAH”.

Secession only delays the eventual reconquest. As I have said many a time. The Commies for failure of economics must blame and attack ‘the other’.

By the way what rumble needs is cat videos, LOTS of cat videos. I don’t know why but they draw the crowds.

So soon echo or whatever the fuck those things are called will be spying on you during your sleep (or other bedroom activities). So now not only can you get bombarded with wifi signals\cell signals and I guess radar emissions now as well.

I’m sure besides mining all the aforementioned, they’ll totally never try subliminal messaging either. And I’m sure all these signals will always obey properylines right…right? probably not even considered by fcc.

    9- Not wrong.
    10 – Agreed.

    https://www.ntd.com/california-lawmakers-approve-first-state-funded-guaranteed-income-plan-in-nations-history_644222.html

California lawmakers on Thursday approved the nation’s first state-funded guaranteed income plan that would distribute $35 million in monthly cash payments to eligible pregnant people and young adults who recently left foster care.

The taxpayer-funded plan was approved unanimously in both chambers—36–0 in the Senate and 64–0 in the Assembly—and now heads to Gov. Gavin Newsom’s desk to be signed into law.

There will be no restrictions on how eligible individuals spend the money. The plan aims to help recipients transition to life on their own.

“If you look at the stats for our foster youth, they are devastating,” Senate Republican Leader Scott Wilk said in a statement. “We should be doing all we can to lift these young people up.”
