The War on Religion Heats Up
Transgenders represent less 1% of the population, yet they are in control. Thirty years ago few men identified as women and those that did were viewed as “emotionally troubled.” Today biological men who identify as women can use women’s rest rooms and locker rooms, compete in women’s sports and women’s beauty contests.
A biological male (who swam for three years on the Penn men’s team) is now competing as a woman and is smashing women’s NCAA all-time records. Prior to deciding to be a woman, he was on the Ivy League men’s second team. The Ivy League hasn’t been dominant in athletics for 100 years. Biden just named Rachel (Richard) Levine as the Navy’s first four star admiral. That really must have made career female naval officers feel great – the first female four star general is a Dick.
What does this have to do with religion? Faithful priests and ministers challenge politically correct doctrine, against abortion and gay marriage. They are in a war and are being attacked not only by the secular left, but also by heretics within their own religion. For example, faithful priests come under attack from Pope Francis, Cardinals Cupich and Tobin and evil bishops like John Stowe and Robrt McElroy.
But governments are declaring war on faithful members of the clergy and religion itself.
Two Mexican cardinals, a bishop, and three priests have been convicted of constitutional violations for warning the public against the ruling party’s opposition to the values of human life and family, their advocacy of the LGBT agenda, and their promotion of socialism.
The convictions have caused alarm in Mexico regarding their implications for freedom of speech and the right to criticize the socialist ruling party “Morena,” which is accused of undermining Mexican civil liberties.
Among the convicted were the Cardinal Archbishop of Mexico City, Carlos Aguiar Retes, and the former archbishop of Guadalajara, Cardinal Juan Sandoval Íñiguez. The decision was handed down on November 18 by Mexico’s national Electoral Tribunal in response to a lawsuit filed by Mexico’s ruling socialist party, the Movement for Social Regeneration (MORENA).
One of the tribunal judges, Villafuerte Coello, denounced the accused clerics for encouraging Catholics “to pray and ask God to illuminate them when they vote,” in a video transmission of her statements during the proceedings.
“Of course that mustn’t be permitted,” said Cuello. “Votes aren’t celestial or spiritual things. This is about deciding votes with knowledge, with information, apart from pondering other things and this is just what must be respected, because celestial inspiration is not going to cause the best people to be in popularly elected positions. It’s logical.”
Canada isn’t much different. Clergy and others who dare to criticize homosexuality or transgenderism are hauled before unelected tribunals and can be imprisoned for statements.
Minister Arrested
Protesters rallied at the Edmonton Remand Center yesterday to protest the ongoing lockup of Pastor James Coates, The GraceLife Church minister who remains quarantined in a maximum-security prison. Coates is the first religious leader to be arrested for preaching in Canada in nearly 200 years, the result of defying a public health order that caps indoor church services at 15% capacity, along with strict social distancing protocol, masking policies, and prohibitions on corporate worship.
After Coates was arrested he was given the opportunity to be released, despite the wishes of the prosecution. With no criminal record and health violations rarely if ever accompanied by jail time, the Judge was primed to set him free, but then put a condition on him that he not step foot on church property, and especially not call his church to worship again from the pulpit.
Criticism of Homosexuality – A Hate Crime
Ottawa, Ontario — The Supreme Court of Canada has ruled that Biblical speech opposing homosexual behavior, including in written form, is essentially a hate crime.
On Wednesday, the court upheld the conviction of activist William Whatcott, who found himself in hot water after distributing flyers regarding the Bible’s prohibitions against homosexuality throughout the Saskatoon and Regina neighborhoods in 2001 and 2002. The 7-judge panel consisted of Justices Beverly McLachlin, Louis LeBel, Marie Deschamps, Morris Fish, Rosalie Abellia, Marshall Rothstein and Thomas Cromwell.
“The Bible is clear that homosexuality is an abomination,” one flyer that was found to be in violation stated, citing 1 Corinthians 6:9. “Scripture records that Sodom and Gomorrah was given over completely to homosexual perversion and as a result destroyed by God’s wrath.”
While the US hasn’t reached the depths of Mexico and Canada, it’s on the way – the government forcing a Catholic order of nuns to fund abortion, which they view as a mortal sin and devout-Catholic Joe Biden whose war against religion makes Barack Obama look like an amateur.

The US may not be as deep in the war on religion as Canada and Mexico, but Biden is working hard to catch up.

Pelosi is calling us back in session again when we aren’t scheduled to be there so Dems can continue their nasty political war on their most feared enemies.
The vote to hold Mark Meadows in contempt of congress appalling.
Mark is a good man who never did anything wrong.
Mark Meadows served as a Member of Congress protecting our great freedoms and Constitution while conducting oversight into injustice and wrong doings in our government.
As Chief of Staff to President Trump, he loyally served our country, our President, and our people.
The Democrats hate the strongest Patriots and are abusing their power in a corrupt manner that will forever be a stain on this institution with the political theatre and witch hunt J6 committee.
Every Republican should be there in person to defend Mark Meadows.
No proxies.

Camping and wine tasting in Paso Robles on our “Snow Bird” trip. In a few days we head further South to Christmas near JM and our youngest son’s family. Then we head to the desert for a few weeks before we head to Arizona and the. Texas. I’m going to do a running dialogue on the state of freedom, dissatisfaction, and anger in this nation…and how it varies region by region.
I’ll do Paso Robles (central CA) tomorrow (we’ll have been here four: days).

JR, if you are looking for wineries consider Tobin James.
He’s the son of a military guy, has some cool stuff on display, the bartenders we met are pro-America and maybe vets get a discount (not sure about that part LOL).
There’s also a very cool aerospace museum nearby that even the ladies thought was super cool: WWII displays, a huge display of cars and some real planes parked outside.
Seriously this was an unanticipated huge hit for us when we stopped there.

Did Dems in Houston have a disappointment?
http://www.capoliticalreview.com/capoliticalnewsandviews/saturdays-election-in-deep-blue-houston-blasts-another-hole-in-the-democrats-2022-boat/
The Virginia experience is continuing. Now the highly Democrat/radical city of Houston is finding the teaching racism and bigotry in the schools is not good for liberal/Democrat candidates.
“If Democrats thought the issue of Critical Race Theory in schools would subside after the Virginia elections, deep blue Houston, Texas, delivered some bad news last night. Per the Houston Chronicle, two anti-CRT candidates won school board seats in one of the nation’s largest school districts.
The results marked a continued backlash against far-left politics, including racial essentialism, being forced on children in public school systems.
Incumbents lost two of the four runoff elections for the Houston ISD board Saturday night, clearing the way for two new conservative trustees in the state’s largest public school district.”
[21]
Jim,
When it comes educational texts offered nationwide, three State dictate the content — California, Texas and New York. Because of their size and student population they pretty much set the standards for what goes in a school book.
Glad to see CRT takes another one on the chin.
