Obama: It Started with Sarah Palin

For once I agree with Barack Obama. The populist revolution started with Sarah Palin. She was discredited by the media, but she lit the spark that started the revolution by awakening people who loved their country, were willing to fight for it but just needed direction.

Sarah Palin also created a division within the conservative ranks between rigid ideologues (e.g. Mark Levin and Ted Cruz), the self-identified “conservative intellectuals” (elites) and those who put their country above ideology. For example, Levin and Cruz are for totally free trade even though many of our “trading partners” have trade restrictions that severely reduce US exports into their countries.

That’s why Sarah was so quick to endorse Donald Trump over Ted Cruz and the other candidates – she realized that rigid ideology isn’t going to attract a majority of voters or save the country.

The path that brought the Republican Party to nominating Donald Trump as its candidate for the White House began in 2008, President Barack Obama said in an interview published Monday, when Sarah Palin joined John McCain’s GOP ticket.

“I see a straight line from the announcement of Sarah Palin as the vice-presidential nominee to what we see today in Donald Trump, the emergence of the Freedom Caucus, the tea party, and the shift in the center of gravity for the Republican Party,” the president told New York Magazine. “Whether that changes, I think, will depend in part on the outcome of this election, but it’s also going to depend on the degree of self-reflection inside the Republican Party. There have been at least a couple of other times that I’ve said confidently that the fever is going to have to break, but it just seems to get worse.”

The media is loving ignoring Hillary, and ignoring all issues…the ONLY thing that matters is, apparently, Trump’s TAXES!

The media’s transformation to the Ministry of Truth is complete.

So not only immunity deals, destruction of evidence in case someone later revoked them or wanted to go back and review…

Millennials not going for Clinton — “Tyler Hoisington, 24, is one of four full-time, paid staffers focused on registering new voters on the campus of this battleground state’s flagship university, which has 65,000 students. Over more than two hours yesterday, he knocked on every door on both sides of four city blocks, including a few multi-level apartment buildings. Despite his best efforts, he could not get a single person to either register to vote or sign a card committing to support the Democratic nominee for president. It was a stark illustration of apathy and ambivalence five weeks before Election Day. Millennial voters, who were so instrumental in Barack Obama’s victories, are lukewarm at best about Clinton, even four months after she vanquished Bernie Sanders.” — Add in the undisclosed ‘Dims for Trump’ crossovers and this election is almost a close.

More bad press for the NFL: Ravens fan fighting for his life after being attacked by two Raiders fans. 30% chance of survival. If you’ve ever seen Raiders fans, many may actually be the “missing link”:

I cannot believe one of the perps was released on $25k bond.

Other than the fact the Lions are 1-3 I cannot tell you much about the NFL this season. I have no idea who played last night let alone what the score was. Being that the Lions are 1-3, logic would dictate they are not in first place.

Went to a sports bar yesterday thatI frequented last year. Clearly less people in there on a Cowboy game day. I know the GM and talked with him for awhile and he said business is down about 25% over last year.
