A Warning for America

When we look across “the pond” to Britain, we often see our future. What happens in Britain often is a precursor of what will happen in the US 10, 20, 30 or 40 years later. We have seen this in so many areas: welfare, socialized medicine, political correctness, immigration, the falloff in church attendance, etc. We should be smart enough to learn from the Brits and avoid making the same mistakes they have made, but we’re not.

One area of concern is the Islamization of Britain. Tim Dieppe spells out the problem in Christian Concern and discusses ways of fighting back.

Islam is the fastest growing religion in the UK. It has increased from 105,000 in 1960 to 1.6 million in 2001 to 2.7 million (4.8% of the population) today. Pew Research estimates the Muslim percentage of the UK will increase to 8% by 2030. Already 8.1% of UK school children are Muslim.

Islam is also the fastest growing religion in the US. Barack Obama did everything in his power to make this happen. Whenever refugees were admitted to the US, the percentage of Muslims admitted was always far greater than the percentage of Muslims in the country they came from. For example, while about 90% of Syrians are Muslim, 98%+ of Syrian refugees were Muslim.

Other problems Dieppe cites:

  • Segregation and lack of integration (assimilation) – 53% of Muslims were born outside the UK, 93% had parents born outside the UK, 43% want the introduction of sharia law, 53% want to send their children to Islamic schools
  • Cultural influence – supermarkets selling halal meat without labeling it, churches being converted to mosques, 11,000 “honor crimes” in the past five years, “Glory to Allah” posters on busses, 14.5% of the UK prison population
  • Jihadists – radicalization of Muslim youth
  • Sharia law – over 85 sharia courts operating in the UK, banks offering sharia-compliant products
  • Surveys of UK Muslims:  96% of British Muslims believe 9-11 strikes were not carried out by Al Qaeda, 7% want to create an Islamic state in Britain, 78% believe no one should be permitted to publish pictures of Mohammed, 24% sympathized violence by organized groups to protect their religion, 31% believe it is acceptable to have more than one wife

We can see many of the same issues in the US, on a smaller scale of course because a smaller percentage of the US population is Muslim. We actually have more Muslims than the UK (3.3 million). They only represent about 1% of the population, but this is expected to grow to 2.1% by 2050, according to Pew Research. Like the UK, much of the growth of Muslims in the US has come via immigration.

As the percentage of Muslims grow in the US, we can expect them to make the same demands they have been making in Britain. We see the danger, not only from the UK, but Sweden, Germany, France and Italy. Yet, political correctness prevents us from avoiding the pitfalls of importing large numbers of people who oppose the country’s values and wish to turn the US into the same type of hellhole they left.

Fortunately President Trump recognizes the danger and is working to protect our culture and our people. Yet , he is being attacked from all sides, including unlikely groups like the moronic Catholic bishops.

I should send Miss Louisville and her paddle down to drdog09 for failing to get his picks in. But she hasn’t worked out. I sent her out to discipline JR and she didn’t come back for two weeks.

Back on topic. What’s wrong with limiting immigration to people who will benefit the US? If we import people from backward countries with low IQs, mistreatment of women and terrorism, we are importing problems.

This might have been posted last thread: no Mao ornaments on the White House Christmas tree this year.

There was Russian music though (Nutcracker ballet), so I assume Mueller will be looking into things…

excellent essay, bc3b…with one glaring mistake: “Islam is the fastest growing religion in the UK.

it’s the fastest growing POWER GROUPin the UK…and the world. It masquerades as a “religion”, and has ever since Mohammed took time off from raping his 9 year-old “bride” to invent it.

But it exists to obtain and expand POWER over all who oppose it, and enslave all who embrace it.

Until and unless this sick “ideology” is wiped out the world will be in continued peril. But rather than confront this sickness, the world cowers and coddles to it.

There really is a wind of change blowing through media though at times it doesn’t seem that significant.

Brit Hume: This is a big deal. A whistleblower who did his job was threatened with the loss of it to prevent Hillary Clinton’s reckless handling of classified information from becoming known.

“There was personal blowback. Personal blowback to me, to my family, to my office,” former Intelligence Community Inspector General Charles McCullough III said.

‘1984’ was NOT A FUCKING “How To” book! But the Left thinks it was.

I truly weep for the future. This is from Canada, but they’re only a couple hours “ahead” of us in this insanity.
