With 50% in, Sanders has 46.6%. Butt Boy is now at 15%. Lie-A-Wata moved up sightly – all at the expense of Biden. It appears Sanders was the only winner yesterday. If Lie-A-Watha, Klobuchar or Steyer drop out, it will likely benefit Mini Mike although some of Lie-A-Watha’s support could go to Bernie.

1) Notice first of all at least for POTUS or VPOTUS its about the electors not the general election at all. That might be a problem for the drive to mandate that the majority vote is the deciding electors vote cast.

3) Being proportional, how do you count the number denied for something that cannot be proven? That could easily backfire if it could be proven that NY say suppressed conservative votes.
4) Finally this section “except for participation in rebellion, or other crime,” makes it pretty clear that the third generation of Americans still did not want riff-raff voting in elections. Could be that VA’s desire to have criminals vote in elections might run afoul of this??
