Liberalism Is Indeed a Mental Illness

This is especially useful for those of us who waste time fighting online battles with liberals.

This is from Pew Research – hardly a conservative organization – and it demonstrates that white liberals have far more mental and emotional problems than white moderates and conservatives – especially white liberal women. A suggested reason might be that white liberals – especially white liberal women – carry far more emotional baggage. They are more guilt-driven, equate just about everything in terms of social justice and go into a frenzy when their views are challenged, especially by conservatives who fight dirty (using facts and logic).

And, the more liberal the more likely the chance of having mental issues.

White liberals are significantly more likely than other groups to have a mental health condition, according to a Pew Research Center survey.

The Pew study, which The Washington Free Beacon notes was published last year but only gained attention in a recent article, showed that white liberals of all ages were more likely to be diagnosed with a mental health condition than moderates or conservatives, with the disparity particularly pronounced among those aged 18-29, according to Evie Magazine.

Among young white liberals, 46% reported being diagnosed with a mental health condition, a rate much higher than young white moderates (26%) and young white conservatives (21%).

Broken down by ideological identification to an even greater extent, young white people who identified as “very liberal” were almost one and a half times more likely to report mental health problems than those who identified merely as liberal.

The study also showed that young white females who identified as liberal or very liberal were by significant margins the most likely to report a mental health diagnosis at 56%, compared to 28% of young moderate women and 27% of young conservative women.

A similar disparity, although less extreme, was also found among young white men, with 34% reporting mental health problems, compared with 22% of moderate white males and 16% of conservative white males.

Perhaps their greatest problem is liberals’ refusal that not everyone agrees with their worldview and conservatives fight dirty (using facts and logic).

Sounds like we should start applying liberals ‘community health’ provisions ON THEM.

Since Gringo Jorge ended his eight years of silence when Donald Trump was president, he became a hero to the left and the media.

Polls indicate that since 2016 his favorability has increased among Democrats and significantly declined among conservatives.

Regarding the question of voting for GOPe last thread, I’d say vote for the Repub if he might win but vote for an extreme party if you are in a blue zone.

Did Biden* say he was boosting taxes? Everything seems down quite a bit.

Has anyone looked into the funds named “P” plus 3 letters of the month? Examples PAPR PMAY, PJUN and so on.
They invest in the S&P500 index but have some downside protection.

This was a domestic terrorist action by the left but the FBI did not classify it as such. They decided to call it “suicide by cop” because that supported their political agenda.
    From a few years ago. … VI_s14DyQI

Trump’s promise to exorcise the rot was never fulfilled. A lot of that can be blamed on the fact that the very bureaucracy he wanted to transform was working against him 24/7.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is one agency that could have used a thorough scrubbing from top to bottom from Trump. He looked like he was off to a good start when he got rid of the thoroughly execrable James Comey just three months after he took office.

Things kind of stalled from there.

Tyler wrote yesterday about something that the FBI has been sitting on for a while and it’s a doozy:

Last week, Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio) revealed an utterly shocking fact: when a deranged leftist named James Hodgkinson opened fire on congressional Republicans in 2017, nearly killing GOP Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.), the FBI ruled the shooting a “suicide by cop.” Even FBI agents disputed the ruling, Wenstrup added.

An avowed leftist unloads over a hundred rounds aimed at a gathering of Republicans and the FBI thinks his motive was that he was just looking for a way to off himself. A citizen not in law enforcement who’s only watched cop shows on television knows that this doesn’t fit the “suicide by cop” definition.

Rep. Wenstrup had plenty to say to FBI Director Christopher Wray:

He noted that the FBI did not call any of the congressmen as witnesses about the shooting, but “on November 16, 2017, FBI agents briefed those of us that were on the field that day… Much to our shock that day, the FBI concluded that this was a case of the attacker seeking ‘suicide by cop.’”

“Director, if you want suicide by cop, you just pull a gun on a cop. It doesn’t take 136 rounds. It takes one bullet,” Wenstrup noted. “Both the [Department of Homeland Security] and the [Office of the Director of National Intelligence] published products labeling this attack as a domestic violent extremism event, specifically targeting Republican members of Congress. The FBI did not. The FBI still has not.”

“On November 18, 2019, I went over to the FBI to discuss this conclusion. Although the agents were not part of that investigation, they did not agree that this was suicide by cop. And it’s my firsthand opinion that this was an attempted assassination of many Republican members of Congress.”

Boy BC this topic hits home. My wife and son are very conservative, my daughter not at all. She is fighting the patriarch, all in on BLM, global warming is the existential threat of our lifetime. Every time I prove her wrong with facts. Breitbart is lies, I only believe in conspiracy theories and right wing sites.

Right wing blogs are not to be believed. makes holidays difficult at a minimum. Now it sounds as though I will have sizable bills with mental illness.

By the way, a victory of sorts this week. Comcast cable TV will be no more at my house after tomorrow. Sadly, I wish I could say it was a spectacular demonstration of my superior persuasion techniques with my wife, but the reality was actually Comcast raising their prices last week being the final straw for her. Perhaps my heavy lobbying to dump Comcast had something to do with it though. We will be keeping Comcast Internet services which are also horrendously expensive, but they’ll be losing about $1200 a year once my house is cut off from their woke propaganda pipeline.

I’ll definitely check out StarLink once it has a wider rollout in more southerly latitudes. Given Comcast’s prices, StarLink’s monthly prices seem perfectly reasonable. Unfortunately, StarLink is not really meant for service in dense urban/suburban areas such as the SF Bay Area so I’m not sure it will be a viable alternative to Cable Internet.

Have put down the deposit for Starlink. Shipment is supposed to arrive end of June. Probably will do a vid and post it here.

As it is, Starlink will probably be a hit with Biz. A lot of chain gas stations, convenience stores, etc today use a dedicated sat service to comms with the HQ. Costs of which are 50% than what Starlink is charging at the moment. That is an easy win.
