Democrats Reluctant to Return to Normal

This should come as no surprise, but Democrats are far more reluctant to return to normal than Republicans or independents. A Gallup poll taken last week indicates they are less likely to report their lives are returning to normal or even “somewhat back to normal.” But, COVID-19 has a major plus for Democrats – greater government control over the lives of Americans.

Life Being Back to Normal, by Political Party

Thinking about your life before the start of the coronavirus, would you say your life right now is — completely back to normal, somewhat back to normal but not completely normal [OR] not yet back to normal?

Democrats (aka leftists) are always unhappy. A recent study shows that white liberals are more likely to have mental health issues.

I will give you a clue as to why —

@ 45% that means a quarter of the Progressive population is certified nuts. That large a representation, they won’t return to normal because they are not normal in their own heads.

the whole Leftist ideology is based on misery. They can never be miserable ENOUGH. So they go through each day seeking out new ways to feel oppressed, outraged and, well, MISERABLE.

    F*** ’em!

In former times when Americans studied Roman history in school in order to avoid the same fate, they learned that Caligula appointed, or intended to appoint, his horse Incitatus a Roman Senator or perhaps it was a Roman Consul. Whether Caligula did or did not, the historian Suetonius who reported Caligula’s equation of a horse with a Roman Senator was not describing a mad emperor. He was giving information that Rome was finished, the evidence being that the once powerful Roman Senate, guardian of the Roman Republic, was reduced to the status of a barn for animals.

Considering that Kamala Harris now presides as tie breaker in the US Senate tells me that the horse has arrived.

The study we have cited shows that mental problems affect liberal women more than liberal men. Here’s an example:

This woman is so stupid and fugly that her mother strung six ice cold bottles of Yuengling around her neck to get her father to go near her.

Well the crazy eyes got part of what she wanted — only 6.5 men out of a 1000 intend to get married anymore. Between the crazy women and the crazy family law what is the use?

Prepare to resist the onslaught of variants and booster shots in a month or two. The chaos is necessary for Democrats to have anything to sell to the American people. Their record of governance is so poor, not even the village idiot misses the outrage.

Santa Clara public health officials unveiled a sweeping set of public health requirements for businesses and government entities last week. The order, which took effect May 19, requires public and private entities to attempt to determine vaccination status for all employees and then update that information every 14 days.

And by the way, the Wickard referenced in the piece is the same Wickard in the now infamous case of Wickard v Filburn before SCOTUS that is the ‘big bang’ of our regulatory state.

24, bummer. I sometimes ate at BK. They send us coupons. Right about the time that my city mandated increases in the Min Wage, about half the fast food joints shut down. Not so many choices anymore.
As the joke goes, ever since Chick Fil A hired a Wokester to distribute charity money to pro Gay groups, I only eat there on Sundays.
Are there any fast food companies who don’t go out of their way to antagonize traditional Americans?

But if the city is failing in its most fundamental duties, it doesn’t deserve the taxes. The business leaders can better spend that money on security and other services they can depend on, or something else.

I haven’t heard anything negative about Wendy’s, JimmyJohn’s, Jersey Mike’s, Pot Belly’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dominos.

Then there are local/regional chains. We have Burgerz in our area, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, mom and pop pizza stores. Something big in the Detroit area is Coney Islands – hot dogs with chili sauce. There are three big Coney chains in the area – all are sit-down or carry out and serve breakfasts all day as well as burgers, soup, chili, salads, and other inexpensive restaurant fare.

Restaurant Brands International – Burger King’s parent – also owns Tim Horton’s and Popeyes. Yum Foods – Pizza Hut’s parent – also owns KFC and Taco Bell.
