More Biden Crime Family News for CNN to Bury

More Biden Crime Family real news for CNN and the rest of Main Stream Propaganda to ignore. Thank God for the British press.

In 2016 Joe Biden entertained Hunter’s Mexican business associates and flew Hunter to Mexico City aboard Air Force 2 to negotiate a “flippin’ gigantic” business deal.

All the time Joe Biden claims he knew nothing about Hunter’s business deals that may have involved the misuse of his power.

Joe Biden entertained his son’s business associates in the vice president’s office, including Mexican billionaires Carlos Slim and Miguel Alemán Velasco.

The then-vice president also flew Hunter and his partner Jeff Cooper on Air Force 2 to Mexico City in 2016 where Hunter arranged to meet Alemán’s son for meetings over a ‘flippin gigantic’ business deal.

The revelations, laid bare in photographs and emails on Hunter’s abandoned laptop, are the latest in a growing body of evidence calling into question the president’s claim that he never spoke about business with Hunter.

In the light of shocking documents uncovered by from the laptop, the president now faces serious questions – not just whether he knew about Hunter’s controversial business dealings, but also whether he was involved in facilitating them himself while vice president.

The White House continues to fail to respond to any of our questions.

Hunter and Biden family friend Jeff Cooper hatched a plan in 2013 to invest in multiple businesses in Mexico and Latin America, using their relationship with the Mexican billionaire Alemán family whose late patriarch, Miguel Alemán Valdes, served as president of Mexico.

Cooper, an attorney who worked with Hunter’s late brother Beau Biden on asbestos claims cases and donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to Biden political campaigns, was particularly excited by the venture’s prospects, writing to Hunter in February 2013: ‘This is setting up to be flippin gigantic brother.’

The prospects for profit only grew when Hunter joined the board of Ukrainian gas company Burisma the following year.

He and Cooper sought the help of Valdés’ grandson, airline CEO Miguel Alemán Magnani, to forge a relationship with the richest man in Latin America, Carlos Slim, in an attempt to cash in on the privatization of the giant state-owned oil company Pemex for Burisma and themselves.

While Hunter and Cooper were working on their business plans, they managed to get the billionaires Slim, Velasco and Magnani a private ‘meeting’ with then-vice president Joe Biden in the VP’s office.

Hunter and Cooper attended. Photos on Hunter’s laptop dated November 19, 2015 show the six men smiling and hugging in the meeting at the White House. It is unclear what, if anything, Joe Biden discussed with the Mexican billionaires at the White House meeting and phone call.

The White House has repeatedly failed to answer any of’s questions related to the president and his son.

It appears there may have been multiple White House meetings, as over a year earlier Hunter emailed White House photographer David Lienemann to ask for photographs of the Alemán family with his business partner and father.

Left now has “sedition hunters” who have led to 500 arrests at capital protests.

This is probably why antifa wears face masks when they protest. Sedition hunter during the day and antifa at night.

10 – feelz same, send them or don’t send them, but don’t say you’re sending them cause someone is supposedly donating money to cover most the expenses – assuming there is even a legal structure under which to do so – which I kind of doubt.

11 – “Judge” doesn’t give a shit, has zero to fear, watch the D morons in Franklin re-elect this D yet again in 2022, in 2016 ran unopposed in the primary and in the general got the avg 60/40 D split in the county. Another one for the cull list, along with that judges from the past that ordered no procreation – which while kinda funny under the circumstances was just as absurd, though at least that one couldn’t potentially kill the person. If said person ordered gets jabbed and then dies will this judge take the murder wrap? Yeah didn’t think so.

12 – and all the morons who submitted their dna to it along with it.

    15 – pathetic figure isn’t it.

17 – Personally I doubt such “variant” even exists, feels more like round 8 of fear mongering to force me to get a jab, no thanks, how long before Echo, Foxtrot, Golf, Hotel variants are declared?

16 – Another thing that wouldn’t really be as much a thing… if we went back to having…. you know … actual election days instead of election “months”, but we can’t have that because it requires people to not be lazy and re-introduces difficulties to rigging them.

19 – Lol… of course, Cheney the new McCain for the left\media which is funny cause the two families as I recall hated each other.

You all notice the market going up like 0.2% or 0.25% like every single day. It’s just a steady QE mostly from the Fed but also other central banks (they are all coordinating together) they have going flushing into market. Then the next day the same thing happens.

And people are worried about a “crash” when we all know nothing would be more bullish than a crash bc that would be a new money tsunami coming in or maybe even the Fed would buy equities.

Bc the markets are fake everyone knows you can’t lose (unless you can’t stomach a dip and sell everything in a panic)

That picture pisses me off because it was not a comedy of errors, it was not technicalities, they were deliberate and he never should have been charged for the specific case he was.

It says wrongful conviction in the title should be wrongful prosecution FROM THE JUMP if you read the whole thing. Prosecutor misconduct\lies…what else is new – person freed but DA still out there to do it again, no sanctions, no accountability. In short SCoPA held the state to the their past agreement’s with Cosby for which everyone looked the other way about.

Tbh glad he’s free (“innocent” or not), trial always seemed like total railroad job to me (as previously stated here) and I didn’t even know all the details about the prior deal though I knew of some deal that wasn’t be honored by the court (but press never wanted to report on those details in actual detail), and especially for the testimony allowed completely unrelated for the case at hand.

Hope Cosby sues just to fuck out of the state and the county da, then again as a practical matter I doubt he will.

TLDR on the clear due process violations: … prior DA doesn’t go after Cosby on a case in 2004 because it was paraphrasing ‘weak-as-fuck’, but in attempt to get some “justice” trades a “we’ll never prosecute you for this incident” …opening up door for “victim” to get paid off in civil court where he can now no longer take 5th cause has non-prosecution agreement. Cosby fesses up to consensual shit (spin or not) during 2005 civil action, as agreed doesn’t take 5th, and in the end pays up ~4 milli in a sealed deal. All is well in the world, justice served as prescribed.

Some MeToo fame seeking new DA in county digs up old case, knows it’s still weak as fuck, so digs into sealed depo records where he more-or-less admits to some patterns of behavior even though still says that specific incident was consensual. DA says gotcha now, I can spin a nice tale with this true or not it’ll sell right now, files charges. Cosby lawyers do a WTF, you can’t, you already gave us a pass on this specific one forever, go find some new bitch and case to make, it’s not like there is any shortage atm. DA: Nah fuck your prior deal, I’ve got a trial judge that not only will not hold me too it, but they’ll let me use the sealed depos from the civil case which never would have happened without the original deal against yah, and he’ll also let a whole bunch of “witnesses” in that have nothing to do with the case. …ahahahha and I got the next level appeals court in the bag too see you at trial.

SCoPA: Deal was valid, deal must be honored, this specific case never should have even been brought once new DA was informed of past deal. Irreparable harm done, Mr.Cosby is free to go and he can not be charged with this case again.

That there was any dissent at all in the ruling (Conc+Dis=2D, FullDis=1R), and that CDO suggests a 3rd trial involving a case that was agreed to never be brought as remedy, and that it took getting to SCoPA to resolve it is disgusting. But not at all surprising these days, about the only surprise is that Cosby ( again gulity of things or not) actually got a fair shake by the majority who have called out the madness in this specific instance.

In a fucked up way…. thank god the prior prosecutor was still alive in 2016 at the time to confirm there was in fact a deal and admitting to why there was a deal – no matter how he tried to twist it in 2016 to try to leave the door open for the current DA, otherwise this might have gone the other way.

Lesson: Admit nothing…. ever, even when you have a non-prosecution agreement with the DA, and especially so if your lawyer doesn’t have it written and signed in blood in front of you, witnessed by god himself. Even then some future DA and judge wanting the attention can just ignore it…. till you roll the dice with a higher courts while you’re in prison who maybe might have some decency in preserving due process rights regardless of the person involved.

BTW this has gotten nearly ZERO press\coverage, but the trial and conviction was national news for weeks, seems even more deliberate than usual – by everyone R and D, only places I’ve seen even run stories was JustTheNews (which only really had a small blurb and an inaccurate one) and ZH pulling from JTurley’s blog with actual details.

Except it denies the psyche factor. Once a populace assumes a currency is worthless, it stays worthless no matter what the Fed will attempt to do. You can’t shake the impact of a can of beans going from $2 to $15.

“After a scuffle ensued, “the armed security officer pulled his firearm out, and directed the suspects to leave. The suspects immediately left the area without the camera,” and were still outstanding, police said.”

The “Fourth Branch” of gov’t is the regulation-producing bureaucracy.
An interesting podcast–after many years, the regulators decided to classify XRP’s Ripple Labs as a security. It’s a huge lawsuit and provides a window into how the gov’t may decide to take on Bitcoin if that becomes their policy.

It’s about an hour but you can listen to the first 10 min to learn specifics of the legal issues involved.

“In recent years, a number of regulatory agencies have increasingly utilized enforcement actions rather than formal rulemaking to achieve desired policy outcomes. Critics argue that this “regulation by enforcement” raises legal concerns involving fair notice, the rule of law, and the Administrative Procedure Act. One prominent example of this phenomenon is the regulation of the cryptocurrency industry, where explosive innovation and growth have left many players appealing for clear rules of the road, rather than unpredictable enforcement actions carried out by a variety of federal agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

While the SEC has declared that Bitcoin and Ether, the two largest cryptocurrencies, are not securities, the agency has increasingly brought lawsuits arguing that other coins must be registered as securities, relying on New Deal-era statutes and the Supreme Court’s 1946 Howey test. Most notably, the SEC recently filed suit against Ripple Labs claiming that XRP, the popular cryptocurrency Ripple launched almost a decade ago, is an unregistered securities offering.”

Despite what’s said in the summary, the panelist who puts forth the gov’t view of the case was clear in stating that ETH and BTC could also be targeted.
