“Educators” – Working to Destroy America’s Youth

2021 July 7
by bc3b

There was a time when US schools, particularly public schools, taught American History and Civics and worked to enforce students patriotism and pride in the US. That played a major role in young men and some women volunteering to serve in the armed forces during World War II. The theories of John Dewey had not taken full effect.

While America’s colleges – particularly those teaching liberal arts and fake science (e.g., sociology) – have long been left of center, the faculty and students focused on things like civil rights, not teaching students to hate their country. In fact, many liberal professors even relished political arguments with conservative students. Major changes started in the 1960s and 1970s and have escalated to the point where they are today.

Today in K-12 education and colleges, the emphasis is on indoctrination. Teachers want to take parenting away from parents and indoctrinate students with their ideas, particularly in the areas of politics and morality. Traditional values are bad. Open sex, abortion, homosexuality and transgenderism are good. If parents raised children in accordance with religious values … well, sorry about that.

Some teachers are introducing pro-gay reading materials as early as kindergarten and some schools have gone so far as drag queen story hours.

Many non-denominational private schools have gone even farther than public schools. One very pricey private school in Ohio expelled two students because their parents are open opponents of Critical Race Theory. Tuition and fees at Columbus Academy are up to $30,000 a year.

Catholic and other religious schools may have slipped somewhat, but they are far better than public schools.

Today the two chief teachers unions – the American Education Association and American Federation of Teachers – are both pushing hard for the indoctrination of Critical Race Theory in our nation’s schools. Teachers unions have been about political; power for union leaders rather than improving education, students or even teachers. Some teachers have vowed to defy state laws and teach Critical Race Theory.

Just how dividing students into two classes – white oppressors and oppressed blacks – will create more racial harmony or “equity” is a mystery. It’s reminiscent of court-ordered bussing 50 years ago. Pontiac, Michigan is a city of approximately 85,000 (in 1970) about 25 miles north of Detroit. It went from being a city of whites and blacks to a mostly black city of 60,000 today as parents moved to newer suburbs to avoid having children bused to a school across town.

Last week Campus Reform interviewed college students in the Washington, DC area and almost all said they are not proud to be American.  Several admitted their thinking has been shaped by their college experience.

Public schools and colleges once taught students how to think today they are teaching them what to think.

K-12 and Higher Ed, blow it all up.

    * Start an academy in 1-2 grade that teaches a kid critical analysis. Can be done just using lollipops and play ground antics. Kids gork that kind of stuff, “I act up Dad sends me to my room.”, they understand causality.
    * 3-4 grade real simple math.
    * 5 grade how to do research/ find topics.
    * 6 grade test the kid aptitude and physical ability.
    * 7-12 curriculum selection based on the test results.

Higher Ed. Well quite honestly there is better instruction off of YouTube than in many collegiate classrooms. Back in the day people could acquire a degree via correspondence extension schools from land grant colleges. We tend to forget that existed even before the Internet existed.

The deterioration of education is SO obvious. The insistence that all kids go to college … wasting years and many thousands of dollars in so many cases, is senseless (but profitable to the Education/Propaganda Complex).
It is, to be sure, puzzling why so many fellow citizens just chug on ignoring everything being done. It all seems pretty obvious.

Still, this is probably old, but new to me. A resource listing a gazillion instances of tech censorship, media “gatekeeping” and gov’t propaganda.

    Check it out ….
Includes a lot of info on alternatives to Big Tech, too.

Indeed. The demands for the skilled trades is increasing. People say they want $15/hr. Well pick up a welding rod, or a pipe wrench, or electrical pliers. Nobody is going to rebuild this country with a bunch of lawyers.

drdog – #4 – yep. Been saying for years that “Trades” Education was the way to go. Can not out source those skills and poor uneducated illegals are not capable.

Why spend $100,000 of money or more (for a worthless education) while a person with a Trades Education is assured of employment, a decent wage and good future. Might be dirty BUT hey it does put food on the table.

Myself, I have been and will continue to prep for the collapse. It is coming, all of these useless eaters are going to die WHEN Farmer Bob says no more.

10, a shame we can’t trust gov’t or media to give us truthful info anymore. I saw this comment about the Delta variant:
“The NYT has a big scare piece on how the virus is “surging” in deplorable “red states” vs the enlightened more heavily vaccinated blue states. The difference? About 0.5 deaths per million per day, maybe, with a lot of outliers. And of course who knows what those deaths really are, how much they are from the dreaded delta variant vs, well, old age or other health issues. And their chart picks out a few states rather selectively, one wonders what the others are.”

And I guess there is a new Lambda variant out of Peru but I don’t know its properties yet.

Ron Paul was right. But Tucker should not feel special, NSA spies on everyone, or they have the data on everyone depending on how you view spying. PRP, if you became a person of interest they would just roll tape and build a summary, they already have all the details.

Ya I mean I liked Rand and Trump both in Iowa, but after Iowa it was clear that it was going to be Trump or it was going to be some random candidate that the neverTrumpers were supporting even if that meant they eventually had to hold their nose and vote Cruz just to stop him to create chaos at the convention. So ya definitely Trump at that point. But in 2008 and 2012, Ron Paul was the clear choice to me but he got too old. Not sure what to make of Massie.

I personally don’t think the republican party will ever have a viable candidate as based as Ron Paul again though. Like he just didn’t give a f$%@ if you thought his views were dumb he just carried on supporting his views. He was the last of the John Birch generation from the Goldwater era.

Market seems to be figuring out that peak inflation was March and peak growth was April, which goes along with the Q2 barn burner thesis.

But now we have unemployment supposedly going away in Sept nation wide and in a lot of Red states earlier than that.

Meaning earnings might be really good this Q2 once they begin reporting, but as far as expectations for Q3\4 it seems that this is going to be a slow down from the sugar rush.

So now the 10 year is falling, the dollar is rising, cooling off a bit it seems.

Even gold is coming back from the dead a bit as these yields begin to fall.

In the PRK the ONLY source for jury duty summons candidates is the VOTER REGISTRATION list.

Is this not the 4th or 5th significant energy related production facility\platform fire\explosion in the last ~week? Coincidences or agenda?

CN bans buildings >500m, seriously restricts > 250m, and has new regs for >100m.

Qiao Shitong, an associate law professor at the University of Hong Kong, said: “It’s primarily for safety. Extremely tall buildings are more like signature projects for mayors and not necessarily efficient.”

I tend to agree on that about extremely* tall buildings.

I contend they were left for them, intact, entirely by design\purpose – and not just to save on shipping costs and\or force re-repurchase (otherwise they would have been blown up on the way out or at minimum quietly buried).

But I wonder why would Haitian security just roll-over for some people in paramilitary gear claiming to be from the US DEA – on foreign soil, especially at a time of heightened tension\security in the country who are protecting the nations leader? Nobody finds that at all strange? Or was that just cover to help all the guards that were in on it if 3rd parties not in on it were around?

So spying on Tucker (and the rest of us) – looks like NSA is gonna justify it via the horrible crime of … trying to arrange for an interview with Putin (like 100 other journalists in the world would want, and have arranged previously). Man I would have liked to see such an interview. Call me nuts but I actually really enjoyed the ~4 hour one (supposedly largely unedited) that O.Stone (of all people) did years ago in what mid ’15 as I recall.

If I were Vlad I’d make sure now to invite Tucker over, and give him two-three hours just to help him spite and troll these fuckholes.

Don’t be surprised, he just might do it. As it is Putin is the only leader in the entire world standing up for those jailed by the Jan 6 events. Sure he is using it for propaganda but that is not the point — he is using Alinsky #4, “make your opponent live up to their own standards.”

As it is Putin does a national call in, live, usually the first week in July every year. Been doing it as president since he first assumed the post. It is not just an hour, it lasts 6-7 hours. It is just him sitting in a chair and an off camera call screener. No notes, no prompter. No other leader on this planet has the guts. Imagine Biden attempting that!
