The Media’s Biggest Lie Yet

According to Biden Chief of Staff Ron Klain, the Washington Post’s Dana Millbank, CNN’s “Missing Link” ( aka Brian Stelter) and other members of the media, Joe Biden’s poll numbers are so low because the media is so tough on him – far tougher than it was on Donald Trump.

This despite actual news the media refuses to report:

  • Hundreds (thousands ?) of Americans and Afghan allies still in Afghanistan more than three months after the US pullout (in spite of Biden’s promise that no one would be left behind)
  • The highest inflation spike in more than 30 years
  • Biden pushing vaccine mandates after pledging he would never do that
  • Anemic job growth
  • Soaring violent crime in major cities
  • Hunter Biden Enterprises
  • Container ships off the California coast that wait weeks to unload
  • Further weaponizing the DOJ, FBI and spy agencies against innocent, working class Americans
  • Constant lies by Biden and his administration – the border isn’t open, the multi-trillion infrastructure package won’t cost Americans making <$400k a cent, 60,000 Afghans were vetted before the planes left the ground, etc.)

Compare that to the media’s treatment of Donald Trump with daily lead story coverage of Russian collusion alone – even though this has been proven to be a false narrative.

The plummeting public approval of President Joe Biden, along with the resilience of his predecessor Donald J. Trump, has the Beltway establishment on edge and gripped with dread over the blowback against the administration’s policies in next year’s midterm elections and beyond.

Rather than admit that Biden was falsely sold to voters as a “moderate” and that his growing unpopularity is a logical reaction to his zeal to radically transform America through the “Build Back Better” agenda along with his raging authoritarianism, the Washington Post is engaging in the brazen gaslighting that the once-venerable paper has practiced since the dawn of the Trump era.

According to longtime writer Dana Milbank, the media has been unfair to Biden, who he ridiculously claims is being treated worse than Trump, an outlandish claim given the sustained attacks by the press on the duly elected 45th president of the United States.

After citing a series of cherry-picked headlines that were mildly critical of Democrats and the White House, Milbank asserts that the media is to blame for the nation’s growing distaste for Biden.

To make his case, Milbank goes high tech, “Artificial intelligence can now measure the negativity with precision. At my request, Forge.ai, a data analytics unit of the information company FiscalNote, combed through more than 200,000 articles — tens of millions of words — from 65 news websites (newspapers, network and cable news, political publications, news wires and more) to do a “sentiment analysis” of coverage. Using algorithms that give weight to certain adjectives based on their placement in the story, it rated the coverage Biden received in the first 11 months of 2021 and the coverage President Donald Trump got in the first 11 months of 2020,” he wrote.

The link contains another link – to the latest Tommy’s Garage TV Show.

Over 500,000 conservatives tune into every episode. If you haven’t visited Tommy’s Garage, you just may be – and it pains me to say this – dumber than Dana Millbank.

The city council debated whether to sell the statue, gift it or keep it. Ultimately, the group voted 4-0 to donate it to the Jefferson School African American Heritage Center, which is located in Charlottesville.

In its offer, submitted to the city council in October, the center said that it would melt down the statue and create “a new work of public art that expresses the City’s values of inclusivity and racial justice.”

    6, a commenter claims
“Unlike the judiciary of the federal government and most other states, the “Supreme Court of New York” is just a state trial court, not the final court of appeal. This is the ruling of one local-yokel judge. It won’t survive appellate review.”

    We’ll see.
And even a delay is good.

This is the City Council doing the bidding of the leftist educators.

Leftists and foreign influence took over America’s education institutions years ago, and this is where we are. Idiocy and disrespect for our founding and the first 200 years of American history yields the decline of American greatness.

We now have highly-endowed colleges and universities spitting out rioters who can throw a brick, but cannot solve a simple math problem, write a note of appreciation in cursive, or utter a quote from Thomas Jefferson or Patrick Henry.

    Gettysburg next?
