Mexico’s President Wants One America

2022 June 7
by bc3b

W and Jeb must be having erections. In fact, they may need medical treatment as these are likely to last more than four hours.

Mexico’s president is reviving calls for a continental superstate that would combine North American employers and South American employees – and sideline tens of millions of middle-class Americans.

There would go our culture and way of life as there are about 300 million US inhabitants compared to 750 million Latinos (129 million in Mexico, 183 million in Central America and 438 million in South America).

In addition to W. and Jeb’s boners, The US Chamber of Commerce and the elites must be peeing their pants with ecstasy.

“I will go in July to visit [President Joe Biden] at the White House and I want to discuss with him the issue of the integration of all America,” President Andrés Manuel López Obrador said at a press conference in Mexico’s presidential palace. He continued: “My position is that, just as how the European community was created … we have to do that in America.”

However, any unification could only come after the United States and southern countries resolve their disagreements, he said: “There has to be a change in the policy, an end to confrontation, an end to hate, an end to threats, the blockades, the foreign interference, and choose brotherhood, good neighbor policies.”

The same continent-wide superstate was pushed in 2001 by President G.W. Bush and Mexico’s then-president, Vicente Fox. Their unpopular “Any Willing Worker” plan would have allowed U.S. employers to easily import low-wage employees from central and south America. It was derailed following the 9/11 attack.

The policy would spike Wall Street and Fortune 500 profits by giving them floods of cheap foreign workers plus many new foreign consumers.

López Obrador’s statement cane during a long complaint about U.S. politics, and the supposed power of the anti-Latino Cuban voters in the United States:

I have a very good relationship with President Biden, he is a good man. In this case, I feel that there are a lot of pressures on the part of the Republicans and above all from some leaders of the Republican Party and also in the Democrat Party that has to do with the Cuban community in Florida and in the United States.

Of course, the most inhuman, anti-immigrant, authoritarian [politicians] are the Republicans. But there are also those in the Democratic Party too …  [For example, Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J.] he is from the Cuban community — and this one has enormous influence.

But if we stay [divided] like this, depending on the decision of one gentleman, of the influence of one gentleman, of the rancors of one gentleman, and we forget our peoples, well then, we are acting in a sectarian way, trafficking the pain of the peoples. Taking advantage of, thriving, taking advantage of politically and economically

“Not anymore, we will not remain silent anymore in the face of insults to immigrants and Mexicans. And I will insist on immigration reform,” he said.

He blamed the GOP — and its anti-migration wing — for the political barriers to greater unification between the United States and southern and central America:

I am talking now about the attitude of the Republican Party, who surely will drive with their spokesmen that the [this week’s] Summit [of the Americas] was a failure. Well, yes, it is possible it will be a failure, but they are the responsible ones for maintaining a policy of closure and not openness.

Like Bolivar, López Obrador suggested his policies should not be curbed by voters in democracies. “The option is [continentall] transformation and you have to dare to do it. And you don’t have to keep thinking about the next election, you have to think about the next generation.”

Whenever one mixes top-quality wine with wine of lesser quality, the result is something less than top-quality wine.

We need to elect as many America First Republicans in November because the Mitt Romneys. Mitch McConnells, Lindsey Grahams and Ben Sasses will gladly work with the Democrats to make Lopez Obrador’s dream this country’s nightmare – a banana republic stretching from the Bering Straight to the Strait of Magellan.

Question: why isn’t diversity important in Japan, Korea, India, Mexico, Kenya, Egypt?

Why is it only important in predominately white western nations, especially the US, which is likely the most diverse nation in the world?

No doubt he does, as does this administration if it could swing it.

8 – Believe it when it happens… you might be waiting a long time, for 6mo they’ve been hinting stuff like that but it ain’t happening, and I don’t see it being allowed till mid-november even if they do want to make big changes.

10- “Who in their right mind would want a son or daughter in today’s military?”
Also who would want to joint themselves at this point? I mean maybe if you’re an unemployed tranny looking for a steady gov paycheck and a system you can exploit it might fit the bill. Or maybe for those that just enjoy having zero control over their own body, let alone mind.
Depression coming, and if we have any sense remaining it will have to involve getting budget under some sense of control and that must impact def spending and force levels as well, so honestly recruiting being down is a good thing (budget wise) – other then just to make numbers what laughingly still remains of standards will be reduced even more. Anyway reading what was in the article it honestly didn’t even sound like much of a problem, yet.

I’ve seen a dramatic chart that compares the value of the Weimar German mark versus gold.
Of course, gold won big at the end.
And many charts smooth the slope in ways that make the result seem steady and inevitable.

But I’ve heard a couple of presentations and seen a chart a few times (but did not save it) that if you bought and held gold you would of course win. But if you were a trader you could have been wiped out multiple times. As the German equiv of the Fed twisted and turned the mark would go up, down, sideways in rapid, violent spurts.
The chart I’m looking for shows that super spiky outline.

It’s interesting how the federal gov’t feels a need to troll people. Did they always do this, or is it a new behavior. I have 2 examples so far.

Ivermectin is cleared for human use on the FDA website, it’s one of the WHOs “essential drugs” and so on. The inventors/discoverers won a Nobel Prize, etc.
But our gov’t (I forget which branch now, FDA or NIH or the Fauci org) felt compelled to make jokes about “horse de-worming medicine”.
Now this week the Fed (I think, St Louis branch) felt compelled to mock Bitcoin by posting a chart of the cost of eggs in BTC. They cherry picked a time range that showed
    1) Bitcoin volatile
    2) Cost of eggs going up
The problem is that for MOST time intervals the cost of eggs becomes nearly free.
Also, there are a ton of time-intervals where the US dollar shows similar problems of volatility and especially decay in the value of the buck.

When did our gov’t decide that being political all the time, NOT doing their dang job, was the way to roll? Reminder– “No escape political messaging”
    John Hayward @Doc_0
Nobody involved will want to hear this, but all this Pride Month stuff blasting from every branch of the government and military, plus every corporation and media outlet, is totalitarian. It’s the definition of totalitarianism, in fact: no-escape political messaging.

    – Totalitarianism is the politicization of everything, and one of its goals is to ensure its messages are inescapable. No one is allowed to resist or argue – or even to ignore the Approved Message and peacefully get on with their lives. Everyone is required to care.

Headline claims European Central Bank will end QE and begin raising interest rates in July.
It now costs 100 UK Pounds to fill your tank in Britain, similar in EU countries.
Energy is 3x to 8x more expensive in EU compared to US, depending on the form of energy.
Exports will become uncompetitive as energy prices are added to products.
Interest rates going up as recession hits? And as layoffs rise?

    How can this possibly work?

There are a record number of posts with no Repub candidate in the upcoming November election
Thanks to the lack of voter registration for nine years and lack of effort by the GOP—and with the help of Senator Wilk—we have numerous races for November without a Republican on the ballot.
Assembly 20 seats with no Republican on November ballot
State Senate 6 seats without a Republican on the ballot
Congress 6 seats without a Republican on the ballot
Board of Equalization 2 seats without a Republican on the ballot

Shows just how clueless they all are. If I got elected POTUS my first order would be to disband the WH press corps and reuse the room for more important things. Say a file room. The presstitutes can do their stand-ups outside reading my latest pink sheet release. Go questions? Mail them in boys and girls.

Then I would do a weekly ‘fireside chat’ using the Internet. The spin cycle would stop when anyone can quote me directly.

Next order of business? Preparedness. $2k credit for buying certain prep products. Food, canners and jars, water filters, etc. Additional tax credits for moving to rural areas out of the cities. Realign a portion of the Fed gas tax to improve telecom in rural areas to reduce the need to drive. Raise the import tax across the board. Clemency for the J6 political prisoners.

A good starter article on what’s going on in MI
The FBI and DOJ are not even pretending to be delivering equal justice. It’s all political now.

Exhibit A is the FBI arrest of Michigan GOP governor candidate Ryan Kelly for four misdemeanors allegedly committed on January 6, 2021.

    [Kelley allegedly] filmed the events.
    He gestured.
He “used his hands” to support a protester.
Keep in mind that these alleged offenses are misdemeanors, they took place nearly two years ago, and the arrest occurs in the context of a gubernatorial campaign.

Personally I consider the arrest a plus. The only downer is if they keep him locked up. Campaign slogan — “My arrest is a testament that things are not right in this country and my arrest is a testament that they will come for you to! What I experienced was a minor inconvenience. The Founders risked far more and I intend to follow their example if elected!”
